The Name God?

The name God refers to the deity
held by monotheists to be
the supreme reality.

God is believed to be
the sole creator of the universe.

As of 2007,
a majority of human beings
generally believe in a monotheistic God,
usually in some form
of the Abrahamic God
of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.

The unifying monotheistic conception
of Brahman prevailing in the
henotheistic belief system of Hinduism
is also significant as a
representative element
in humanity's belief
in a supreme God.

Yahoo, not only is my jewelry business growing, but I have been doing some work at my best friend's sign shop. Now how's this for a job? Make my own hours, listen to Christian Music, everyone is friendly and the boss keeps reminding me to take breaks and offers food and snacks frequently through the day, she also thanks me for every little thing I do to contribute.
Gosh, God's really showing off this time, I have a dream job.

Praising Him

It is easy to praise God when we are experiencing abundance. But praising Him in poverty is a committed soul.

Well I am experiencing increase right now and so I want to issue a special Hip Hip Horray to the Lord. He's my hero in all things.

My jewelry line is taking off with impressive results and God is blessing others around me so much that I have lots of part time work to add to my income.

Usually I try not to stress over income. I get things at the best possible value and God always provides what I need when I need it. But it is wonderful to begin planning for a wonderful adventure I have held secretly dear to my heart that will glorify God and increase the harvest, so I am simply thrilled.

Was Talking To A Life Long Friend

Was talking to a life long friend who asked me for prayer in a certain overwhelming situation. He said he felt I knew how to talk to God better than he could. I suggested we pray right now. It was over the telephone so I just cried out Lord bring healing in Jesus name Amen. He seemed amazed, that's it? He asked. Yep.
Preachers and people of God always use long and profound long exclamations and prayers with very eloquent words to pray and ask God for things.

I responded:
When Jesus administered God's healing power He didn't say Oh merciful Father please reach down and touch our friend You alone are Holy and we are but lowly so with your mighty power..., we rebuke you satan and declare that on and on and on.
No, He said two words, be healed.

If your needed something and he came to you and said oh wealthy powerful father who has all kinds of money and funds please I beg you to bless me with a nickle if you see fit so I may not be poor and in need I rebuke the power of poverty and cast out satan and take back what the devil is trying to deprive me of. I plead that you reach down and pour a blessing on me if that be your holy will and so on and so forth. You would be kinda embarrassed to have your approach you like that. If he came and said Dad could I have a nickle? You would laugh and say, here, have a dime; now wouldn't you?
He thought about it for a second and said you are right. We aren't supposed to act like slaves, but as we simply speak the word and God can meet the need in great abundance.
All the other stuff God already knows we understand.
It's always a plus to claim a scripture when asking God to meet a need, but He already knows what is etched in your heart from your relationship with Him, so simply claiming the need is not wrong. It shows power and faith to just say the word and provide the opening for Father God to do it.

Guess I am just babbling, been having a lot of great experiences with long term faith friends and lots of other coming into faith friends. Hard to know what to blog about anymore because it is just one miracle and victory after another.

King? Glory?

Wow, woke up this morning praising God, walked out on the porch and stretched a little, enjoyed the morning air and began pondering.

God is the King of kings; King over every other king ever.

Lord of lords; even the second ranked among men don't come close.

He is the King of Glory.

He can defeat His foes with the most successful and absolute victorious outcome beyond the imagination of every man.

That's my Daddy, Father, God.
He is all
in all.
