attorney general emailed me about amazon

i believe that amazon's problem has been to NOT follow up on delivery, and that most of amazon's deliveries have been stolen from the hallway of my apt. building?

i have made it clear to ring my bell when stuff is delivered.

also, amazon's chat function was NOT helpful, and defrauded me.

i think that ANY offer NEEDS be to wipe out the amazon credit balance(s) that i owe, i NEVER received most of the orders.
