i am disabled and can NOT phone. amazon wants my retirement funds and will NOT help me. huntington bank, and synchronicty bank are after my funds too

i believe that amazon's problem has been to NOT follow up on delivery, and that most of amazon's deliveries have been stolen from the hallway of my apt. building?
i have made it clear to ring my bell when stuff is delivered.
also, amazon's chat function was NOT helpful, and defrauded me.
i think that ANY offer NEEDS be to wipe out the amazon credit balance(s) that i owe, i NEVER received most of the orders.

jewels was late with my delivery today, and they gave me lotsa extra stuff to try to make up for it. i did NOT need eggs. i do NOT eat eggs. and i don't know how to get rid of them. they will STINK in the garbage. i ended up throwing the eggs in the toilet 3 at a time.
