End of the Age?

Around 1969 prayer was not allowed in schools, capital punishment was banned and abortion legalised allowing murderers live and the innocent die. Lately some branches of the so called church have compromised by allowing the gender thing infiltrate while the true church reels in horror at of this but sadly except for a few have for the most part been silent.

There's always been the odd disaster now and then but after 1969 there seems an increase in; drug use, Aids appeared, volcanic activity increased around the world. Tsunamis, the Chernobyl disaster then Fukushima after the earthquake, locusts in Russia and also going from Pakistan right across Africa with predictions of famine. Contravirus 19 is spreading. Iran released over 80,000 prisoners due the virus. This will crisis change the way society behaves around the world. We can blame China and wet markets for the virus and it may be true but the Bible has predicted these things will happen. The coutnries that have persecuted Israel are now facing big problems.

Wild weather around the world, drought in Australia then floods, wild weather in the Middle East etc. Plagues and pestilence was predicted over 2,000 years ago for the Last Days. I believe we are in the beginning of the End of the Age stage which is called 'the birth pangs' or the 'beginning of sorrows'. It is time for all who genuinely fear God look and unitedly lean Him as never before. There's always a 'remnant' that God helps survive in every age when judgement comes. We must make sure we are part of that remnant, if not the consequence is disastrous.

The whole world is affected now, city crowds, beaches, air travel, cruise ships, hospitality industry, sports, the workplace and the list goes on. Laws are coming into place that will give goverments even more power, they will probably remain even when the treat is gone and be modified to suit their own agenda in the future, this is a concern also.

Many years ago Billy Graham said, "If God doesnt judge Amercia He'll have to appologise to Sodom and Gomorah. That was a statement that got me thinking - but it's not only America.
We must realise God will not be mocked. He gives us time to change but if we dont He'll give us things to think about, things like the fragility of life, our mortality and eternity. Once our comfort zone and easy lifestyle is over and this new era goes into full swing people will have to make a choice, love God and their neighbour or just love themselves. Those that love the light will be brighter, those that love darkness will be darker.

The prediction that many will fall into apostacy has happened, the church cant meet anymore in large numbers. True believers will seek to teach and learn in their homes.

When, not if, persecution comes those who will stand will stand only if they know the Word of God.

This prophesy from Amos is something to ponder;
Amos 8: And they shall wander from sea sea, and from the north even the east, they shall run and fro seek the word of the Lord, and shall not find it.

Will the oil be in your lamp? Remember they were all sleeping when the Bridegroom came, that's food for thought.

Judgement Day will be interesting.

I come in now and then, have been really busy with 'life stuff' to come in for a while.
Yes, you're right, it is time to pray, it has always been time to pray of course but now with this situation I think more people will. The, "I'm too busy" thing is no excuse now.

Judgement Day will be interesting.

I really wonder what it is you are writing about.

Just like the Climate Changes the pandemic like covid19 and other things you mention in above post are not mentioned in the Bible.

And according to you the Climate Changes do not exist because it's not mentioned in the Bible.

So what is it you are trying to say?

Has JudgementDay come and we are now all standing in front of the Throne being judged all according to what we did and did not do?

Nobody has been judged yet except from the devil.

We all suffer from the consequences of what we did and did not do. That's a natural thing. But it's not the final Judgement of God.

Making manmade rules and teachings that is not according with the Bible will be judged just as well - and hard.
You should know that from reading your Bible.

Making oneself special and holy by pointing fingers at others, blaming their Christianity for being less compared to ones own Christianity is self-deception.

Probably just a result of low self-esteem and an attempt of getting attention. Not very healthy.

Probably you don't know there is only one Church, and that's not a manmade one. It's not a specific congregation named in any way by man.

Blessings

This is beautifully written...

I wrote something similar to a friend of mine the other day... It's certainly not as eloquent as yours... however the thoughts are most similar...

I have been watching as the world around me is free falling into chaos and
despair....Yet... I have never felt such peace in my entire life as I do at this time.

I see people all around, complaining about how the government is infringing on
their human rights... and I am left unbothered by that because my thoughts and
beliefs are NOT centered around government policies. I understand that the
government is run by agendas far beyond our knowledge. I understand that it
is a rich man's world... and I want no part of that.

I see people who are about to learn the difficult lesson of living within their means.
Oh how I see those people... and oh how my heart knows that the time has come for
the bubble of CREDIT to smash into the LIE that it always has been.

I see a huge wave of RECKONING... with countries all around the world. Especially
in America... All the lies... all the arrogance... all the pride... all the power... I see
it all come tumbling down.

I see the beginning of the New World order... where a cashless society will be put
in place... I see prophesy unfolding before my very eyes.

I do not see this as a horrible injustice... but rather a necessary consequence.

I remain most grateful and absolutely unafraid.

Thank you for your comment. Yes prophesy is unfolding before our eyes but only the eyes from whom 'the veil' has been lifted, those born again. It says there will be mockers in the Last Days. Sadly some of those mockers are within the church.

God bless

Judgement Day will be interesting.

Hi Urban.

Wondering what you mean by saying "Yes prophesy is unfolding before our eyes but only the eyes from whom 'the veil' has been lifted, those born again."?

Do you mean if others don't agree to what you wrote above they are not born again Christians?
I know the first condition for anything taught as being Christian and therefore in line with God is, it has to be in line with the Bible. Not the teacher or his agenda.
Nor confirmation made by others who agree to a certain religious doctrine or agenda.

You air a lot of religious speculations spiced with a few handpicked Bible quotes that fits your ideas.
Reading your posts gives a clear picture of someone who believes he belongs to a small group of people who has got it right, and most others are just utter wrong. E.g several times you mention Pentecost Church. (Not where I belong)
Your understanding of God and who he is can be found in many religions worldwide. E.g Buddhism; Hinduism and a wide range of nature-religions.
It's based on the idea of "we are to become good and righteous and THEN God will accept us".
A manmade way of trying to create a god he can understand, because it's the way man think.
The Bible teaches otherwise. Right from Genesis to Revelation.
O.T shows clearly that man can't manage to become righteous by his own doings. Nor by Judges; Kings; obeying the Law; sacrifices given or anything else. It's not possible for us to become righteous by good deeds or asceticism.
We are created for doing good deeds 24/7, what more can you add for getting saved?
N.T tells us about the solution God gave us: The sacrifice of the Lamb, Jesus Christ his only begotten son, who died for all our sins. We are to believe in Him and follow Him and not religious understandings made by man.

You miss the central point in both N.T and O.T: Grace. His grace upon his creation.
God so loved the world that he gave his son....

What upsets me about your writings is that you keep teaching your man understanding and seems to think it's biblical. And you try to convince others that you and a small number of people are plain right. It's only sectarianism and not leading anyone to Jesus but just astray.
Also you find delight in others who confirm what you write, but reject those older and wiser who tries to show you where you err.

My suggestion is you start getting familiar to N.T; what really happened and what Jesus said. Throw away your human understanding and open up to what the Holy Spirit says. And HE is in line with the Bible.

"Many shall come to me at that day and say Lord didn't I teach and....?
And I shall say: Depart from me I never new You".
