I accepted Jesus into my heart in seventh grade, though I have grown most in the last few years since I've started college. I will be transferring back to Oregon where I'm from soon. I want to become a teacher or Kindergarten age and eventually teach/do missionary work in China. I started taking Chinese this semester. I'm one of the only Christians in my family which can be hard at times. My favorite activitie/hobby is dancing. I ballroom danced between 7th grade and my Senior year of high school.
My Ideal Person
I would like to find someone who is wanting/willing to grow in there relationship with Jesus. Someone who I can pray for/who will pray for me. If I end up in a serious relationship with someone, I would like them to be someone from/or interested in going to China for missionary work or living. It is a important dream of mine that I believe God has called me to.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I'd say, as time goes on my faith becomes more and more important to me. I have almost finished reading the bible in a year and am working on memorizing scripture and praying more often. I attend church each week and am a Sunday School teacher once a week, sometimes I greet, I'm on the leadership team for a Christian bible study group on Campus that reaches out to students of color.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Psalms 139 is always a great comfort for me and knowing that God is always there for me. No matter what I do I can not escape from his love.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
A Christian relationship is important to me, because I want someone who I can grow with spiritually and pray with regularly. When it comes to marriage, I want to be with someone who is on the same track as me on how to raise our children and who will try to raise our childrens to have a relationship with Jesus.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in Eugene, Oregon. I am now living in Fort Collins, CO. I haven't really been much of anywhere outside of these areas, though my eldest sister has taught in Japan and my second sister is attending Cambridge University in England.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I love praising the Lord and hearing a good message.
