My Ideal Person
I'm looking for an honest, sincere person who love the Lord. Someone who is neat and clean, but not formal or fancy. A certain physical appearance isn't a priority. God made us all shades, shapes and sizes for a reason. That's part of what makes us unique.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I accepted Christ as my saviour eleven years ago and am still trying to truly allow Him to be lord of every area of my life. I'm no Bible scholar, but enjoy reading it daily. Most of all I enjoy the time I spend talking with God and hearing and seeing what He has for me to learn each day.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Proverbs 3:5-6, John 3:16, Romans 8:28, and the list goes on and on depending upon the day and what it holds

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
A public place where we can sit, have a cold beverage, and get acquainted.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
Grew up in Monett, MO and my travels have primarily been to various places in the Midwest where my sons were doing internships during the college education periods. Went to California regularly as a child, but haven't been back since I was 18. Probably wouldn't recognize it!

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
At church, I enjoy the worship services and any type of youth gathering that includes meaninful Bible study, discussion and prayer. Outside church, the list is long. I'm not really very physically active...love to watch sports, but don't participate. Get my exercise gardening and doing things with friends.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I'm assistant to a director of economic development. The job is truly too varied to describe, but always interesting and a real learning experience. My boss depends heavily upon me and involves me at all levels of the work of our office, not "just" as a secretary. He has truly made me an assistant. I like variety in the day, whether it is at work or home.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
We'll discuss that much later. Certainly to serve the Lord in whatever capacity He desires, but beyond that I tend to see it as personal and not something you send out in a blanket message over the internet. This online thing is very new & I'm still leary of the whole thing.
