My Ideal Person
I am looking for someone who wants to take it slow and not rush into things. I want to seek what God's will before proceeding with anything serious. I enjoy meeting new people, but I would like to, Lord Willing, meet a man who could someday become a husband and we could serve the Lord together. I also need someone who loves kids as I have a son.
I try to exercise 2 -3 times a week. I have one child, but have no further plans on having any more of my own. Adoption may be an option.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
Jesus Christ is my reason for living. He has brought me through some very hard times. I want to instill this same love to my son. I pray that God will do so. It is important to me to have someone who shares this same desire of Jesus being first and the reason for being.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
I like a lot of different ones. I like Is. 41:10 that says not to fear, that God is always with me. Also, Mt. 6:33 - God will provide. Many verses in Phillipians. Many others as well.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
God has said not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers. I don't see how a marriage can work well without both partners being believers and having close to the same level of commitment to God. It is hard enough to be married, so if you both are not completely committed to God, it will be even harder.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in New Carlisle, OH. I have traveled to California and Tiajuanna, Mexico. I have been in Canada and many other states in the US, including down to Florida. I have been to the Rocky Mountains in Colorado as well.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I help with the Awana program at church and VBS in the summer. I follow my son to all is soccer games and help out with communicating with the team. I like to draw and paint, read and watch movies, play Euchre and some board games.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I get up at 6 and get my son off to school and get ready for work to be there by 9am. I come home or else get my son and go to soccer practice or a game. Soon Awana will start up again and I will be gone on Wednesdays for that as well. I am not home very many evenings. When I am, I cook dinner for us and try to relax a little because I know there won't be much time for that later in the week.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I want to grow closer to God and have an even closer relationship to Him. I would like to be able to spend more time developing my artistic skills as well, although that will have to wait until my son gets a little older.
