Hi! I relish my friends and spread around a lot of hugs and sparkling good humor. Life's hard enough without making it tougher on anyone, and should as much as possible be enjoyed to the fullest each moment. I've been blessed to spend my seven years of widowhood in good health and the company of good friends and coworkers. Life is good! It could only be made better if a wonderful friendship developed into a lifetime of love and sharing. I love to do the things most people do and like to be spontaneous, active or quiet. My walk with God and seeking the place of His importance for my life is of the utmost.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is integral with who I am now. That means to me that I couldn't live without it, nor would I want to.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
I've carried Isaiah 43:1b-4 tucked close in my heart in the tougher times through the years. Some scriptures connected to specific events in memory are irreversibly special and Psalms 139 is one of those. Maybe I'll tell you about that sometime!

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I cannot imagine a couple being drawn together who hold values at odds or opposite poles. In Christ is the "happiest everlasting" place to be with your soulmate.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I started and stayed mostly in Texas as a child, except for a short time in Washington State, which was a memorable and cherished time for many reasons. As an adult, I've lived in Missouri, Ohio and again now in Texas. I've never been, but my life-long dream since I've known how to dream has been to visit Paris, France.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
The fellowship, fun and always the food if we're having it. I love to go with the kids on some of their teen night out adventures, and have enjoyed teaching ladies classes some in the past. Visiting the sick is gift of service I hold dear.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I want to grow a contentment in all my circumstances to the point of joy...develop more the willingess to let God use me in His plan for my life, even if it's different than what I had in mind.
