I enjoy travel, hiking, reading and gardening. I am seeking a long term relationship that is God centered. I have been divorced for about 5 years after a 30 year marriage and have two adult . I don't have much dating experience so dinner and conversation would be a good place to start. I am intelligent and have a good sense of humor. I am very conservative in my political views and have a very high ethical/moral standard.
My Ideal Person
I am looking for a Christian partner that shares my faith and my zest for life. Someone who makes me laugh would be great. A man who is intelligent, ambitious, responsible, dependable... You know, all the boy scout qualifications. Someone who challenges me intellectually and attracts me physically.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is my life. It is of the utmost importance to me.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
My favorite is John 3:16. I have Galatians 5:22,23 in front of me at work. I am working on that one.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
You have to start with the same foundation in order to have a successful relationship and that foundation is Christ.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in Iowa and Colorado. I have traveled most of the western US, the Bahamas, going to Ireland this summer - yea! My most favorite places to visit are where my family and friends are. Relationships are much more gratifying than places.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
At church, I serve as a counter and am the VP of our four church Christian school board. Outside I like to hike, picnic, garden, barbeque, play with my dog.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
Busy....Always
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
We never stop growing closer to the Lord and that would be my spiritual goal - to truly let the Lord lead my life. Not my way Lord but yours. Personally, I would like to find that special someone to share this wonderful life. It is much more fun when you have someone to share things with. I would like to continue to learn, improve, and mature. Patience is a virtue that oft escapes me.
