Spiritually recovering for about 10 years now...it seems longer, but still so far to go. I think I am a very open-minded, easy going, affectionate, good-hearted person.

My Ideal Person
Looking for the 'one' if there is such a thing, but believe God will provide direction as to what the next step should be. I feel rather burnt out when it comes to meeting potential partners and that this may be taking the easy way out, but I guess it is better than not trying at all. I've had two or three serious relationships since high school and prefer to be in a long term committed relationship and so basically looking for someone with the same goal.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is extremely important as I could not live without it--yet it still needs to be strengthened and nourished on a daily basis and I can get off track and be absentminded and forget to do it!!

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
John 3:16 was where I started, and really like 1 John 4:19, but there are so many, like Romans 8:38 and the book of Phillipians has many favorites as well as Ephesians and Corinthians and so on -- I guess it just depends on the mood.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I wish to be in A christian relationship in order to be mutually encouraging to one another as we walk through life.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I was born in Minnesota, raised in South Dakota, went to college in Illinois and now live in southern Minnesota. I have lived in Seatlle Washington area for two years and also the Twin Cities metro area (MPLS-St.Paul), and enjoy traveling and seeing new places.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
At Church, I struggle to be there on a weekly basis, but almost all of my friends are from there, and we call it Victory in Jesus Fellowship as we are a non-denominational group.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
My daily activities vary greatly from one day to the next as I am not a very routine person.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
This would have to be explored further through future conversations or interactions.
