49 year old Woman in Brewerton, New York, United States Looking For: Men

Profile for christencristad
I am a very passionate person-àpassionate about living a righteous life. However, I love to laugh And joke around-àlife is too short not to enjoy the fragrant aroma of a rose, the rain, a Beautiful sunset, etc. Adjectives that would describe me are; spiritual, intellectual, sensitive, creative, artistic, romantic, loving, caring, kind, loyal, etc. I must say that I love talking about Our Creator, and great conversations in general. I also Love to laugh, joke around, and play like a sometimes!! :D

My Ideal Person
I am looking for a friendship that if things go well and the chemistry is there may lead to
Marriage. However, the friendship part of that equation is so important for me. I believe in
Getting to know someone inside and out before it becomes a romantic relationship, in order
To find out if you are indeed evenly yoked. The #1 trait that I am looking for is a MAN that LOVES
God with all of his heart, mind and soul and that puts God first in his life. Other traits
That I look for is; a pure heart from which would flow kindness, compassion, and honesty.
Someone that is intellectual, has a great sense of humor, can be serious but knows how to
Have fun, attractive to me, and I give bonus points for romantic, masculine, sensitive, and artistic.
I believe that the key To a good marriage is putting Christ as the captain of the ship. I also think that you should be Best friends, soulmates, confidantes, etc. when you take that step.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is my reason for being. Without faith in the fact that one day we as The Bride of Christ will be with Him for eternity, and that in that day there will be no more sorrow, nor death, nor pain. Then, there would not be anything to look forward to. My life would lose it's meaning. However, I know that The Bible is the infallible Word of God, and that one day He will return for us, and we will spend eternity with Him.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Honestly, I LOVE and cherish...Matthew, Mark, Luke and John as well as most of the New Testament. "If any man would come after me, let him deny himself, pick up his cross daily, and Follow after Me." Luke 9:23 "Wherefore take up the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. 14Stand therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16withal taking up the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. 17And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 18with all prayer and supplication praying at all seasons in the Spirit, and watching thereunto in all perseverance and supplication for all the saints" Eph 6:13-18. 1And I saw the heaven opened; and behold, a white horse, and he that sat thereon called Faithful and True; and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12And his eyes are a flame of fire, and upon his head are many diadems; and he hath a name written which no one knoweth but he himself. 13And he is arrayed in a garment sprinkled with blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14And the armies which are in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and pure. 15And out of his mouth proceedeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness of the wrath of God, the Almighty. Revelation 19:11-15.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Because a marriage is a union of Three; God, man and woman. Without God as the head of a marriage, our society has proven that marriage will fail without Christ as the captain of the ship.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in upstate, NY. I also lived in Germany when I was little as well as Texas, Fl, and Alabama. My parents settled back in upstate NY when I was about 7. I have also visited Seattle, Toronto, NYC, Philly, New Jersey, Hartford, etc. I really would love to travel overseas...especially Ireland, Italy, Africa, South America, etc.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I love everything at church, especially the worship service. I also truly love being a part of The Olympian program...the children and some of the things that they say really are the highlight of my week. Especially seeing them grow in their knowledge of Christ and learning their pledges and verses. I am a very eclectic person and love a wide array of activities ranging from hiking and camping to the theater and museums. However, I must say that I truly love being outdoors...it makes me feel closer to God if that makes any sense.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
It honestly completely depends on the day. However, in general on a regular day it would be; wake-up, pray, read The Bible, work-out, get ready and rush to work, then come home and either write, chat with friends, watch a video then read the Bible, pray and head to bed.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
To walk in the Spirit, every single day. To ALWAYS do My Father's will and to never do anything that goes against His commandments or His Will for me and my life. To always put Him first in every single area of my life. To be able to do my Father's work on a full-time basis. To finish writing several plays and books that I feel that The Holy Spirit has been pressing on me to write. To form a non-profit organization that calls for Christians to examine themselves and their lives, and that calls for a revival. Last but not least to organize an International Day of Worship where people from all over the US and the World will sing songs of praise at precisely the same time.
