Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My walk with God Rock! As I learn to surrender to Him I am growing in passion and hunger for God and the things of God. I'm reading a book called Experiencing God from Henry Blackaby -- he also wrote the workbook/study -- this is challenging me to experience God daily - to give Him a new name based on my experiencing with Him -- great book for growth!

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
There are many but I list a few: Phil. 4:13 Joshua chapter 1 The whole chapter 3 of Eph. The whole book of Roman and Hebrews -- just to name a few Isiah chapter 6

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I am more inclined to be outdoor -- it's spring and the grass is green and the leaves and flowers are in bloom - how pretty is that? I would perfer a picnic in a park or playing on a playground or just walking in a park by a stream whatever -- enjoying God's creation while taking the time to talk and get to know one another.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in rural coalmining area of centeral Pa - Near Altoona. I have traveled throughout the US but never over seas -- I desire to visit other countries and do short-term mission work as well. I love the south and the mountains so anywhere where I can enjoy the view of God's creation is great - I go to Santa Fe, NM every summer for a student conference -- that's a pretty amazing area!

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I enjoy prayer meeting, bible studies, worship services, hanging with my church family -- I attend a small baptist church -- we are all close -- so anytime we are together it's a hoot! Outside, I love to hang with friends, watch movies, play games -- esp. cards!, I love to mini-golf, bowl, walk and hike, fish -- it's relaxing for me, I am also learning to love camping -- I've been taking my friend's two kids camping and fishing how cool is that?!!, I like flea markets/yard sales, Now don't laugh but I love grocery shopping -- comparing prices and getting the bargins that's the life!! I know I'm weird but God loves me!

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I serve as the voluneer assoicate for a local rescue mission -- I connect folks to the mission through volunteering, tours, speaking at functions/churches, etc., I also do some p.r. work for the mission -- my job is open ended. I also serve as a volunteer, through my denomination, as a campus minister at a local christian college. I've been doing this for over 5 years -- I love this! The student's really challenging me to walk my walk and not just talk about it -- I think I grow more than they do!

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I am learning not to set my agenda but to allow God to guide me -- I do want to gain more biblical training so I would like to attend seminary at some point to get my masters in christian counseling - I have a BS in Psychology and a BA in Christian Ministries -- youth min. I just want to be open and willing to go where God call me to go and do -- I want to follow Isiah's model from chapter 6.
