I am seeking a dear friend who could become so much more in God's time; someone who is caring, funny, philosophical and truly loves life.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I am constantly learning new things about who God is and His tremendous interest in me. I believe that God wants me to concentrate on our relationship, moreso than a list of rules. He is everything to me.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Habakkuk 3:17-19: "Though the fig tree shall not blossom, though the fields produce no food, though the flock shall be cut off from the fold, yet I will exult in the Lord. I will rejoice in the God of my fathers. He has made my feet like hinds' feet and makes me to walk upon mine high places."

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Anywhere that allows for good conversation and a little fun!

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I'm originally from Texas, but have lived in NC most of my life. My favorite cities are Washington, DC, Charleston, SC, and anywhere near the beach.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I love music - I sing and play the guitar. So I love going to concerts of all kinds. I am the part-time Minister of Youth at a local church and love working with teenagers. I love anything on the water!

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I am a full-time social work supervisor for the county department of social services in the areas of adoptions and foster care licensing. I also work part-time in the church.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
To learn, learn, learn - anything I can. I want to travel and meet people from all walks of life. I have two books in my head I want to write someday. I'd also love to get back into singing.
