My Ideal Person
I'm looking for a gentleman in the true sense of the word with a more rugged personality who enjoys athletic activity and is comfy in jeans or a tux. He must be a take charge person and a christian who actually does go to church.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I am a christian who tries to gently bring Christ into peoples lives if given the opportunity. I am not a "holy roller" but attend bible study and church. I do meals on wheels,family center and mission trips. Christ died for me.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
"I stand at your door and knock. If any man shall open, I will come in unto him." "The Beatitudes -- Blessed are they who hunger and thirst after righteousness for they shall be filled." "The Ten Commandments" "For God so loved the world he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth on him shall be saved."

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
An evening with friends; a walk on a summer evening; a picnic on a beautiful bluff; almost anything, I'm not shy. I'm a good cook,(not bragging) so we could stay home as well.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
Born in a big city, raised in a small town, 8 kids in my grade school class; have seen a little bit of the USA, but not much; I love adventures of any kind, I will book a flight to Mexico and not even have a hotel room reserved.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I belong to LWML, have sung in the Choir (not well); LOVE Mission work; anything outdoors. I help out at Youth camps.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I retired once but was bored, so am helping out in Sales at my girlfriend's retail store; I can do anything clerical; have been in management most of my life; I need to be kept busy at a fast pace. Love selling real estate.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I'd love to join Elderhostel; my main goal is to be the best person I can be and do what I can to make the world a better place to live. I love Mission work. I want to find a husband to share my life with. I miss fighting for the blanket on the couch and laughing till you fall off it and saying please pass the popcorn on a cold winter night.
