I would like to develop lasting godly relationships and/or friendships with men or women. // I just celebrated my 56th birthday. I have never been married. I grew up in Pennsylvania with 8 brothers and no sisters. From Pennsylvania, I have moved from Ohio, back to PA, on to Tulsa, Oklahoma and then to the St Louis area of Missouri to work for Joyce Meyer Ministries. I have been with JMM almost 10 years. I committed my life to the Lord Jesus Christ in November 1970, when I was a junior at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I was filled with the Holy Spirit on my birthday in 1971. I live my life to please the Lord. I have attended two bible schools. The first was the Greater Pittsburgh School of the Bible from 1974-1975. Then when I lived in Tulsa, I attended and graduated from the School of the Local Church in May 1996. This school is affiliated with Grace Church, formerly Grace Fellowship, located in Tulsa, Ok. Since worship is very important ot me, I majored in music ministry, although I am not the most musically gifted per. I do sing alto and have a decent "choir" voice. It is a dream come true for me to write and publish on a daily basis, since I have a BA degree in English. Writing has been a love and desire of my life. I love to read and occassionally I have dabbled in painting. I knit and crochet, but not consistently. Going to movies is a great pasttime for me and I have to admit that the Lord of the Rings trilogy is my favorite moves. I walk for exercise or enjoyment. Going to the zoo or museums is a joy. I also like concerts or theatrical productions.One of favorite things to do is to go out for breakfast. Italian food is one of my favorites and my least favorite is Mexican or anything "hot".

My Ideal Person
Right now I am interesting in finding someone who would like to be friends and perhaps develop into a more serious relationship. The most desirable match would be someone who loves the Lord and is serving Him in some sort of ministry. Gentleness and kindness are two character traits that are important to me. Someone who has an artistic or musical bent would be an added plus. A sense of humor is always a blessing.
