First and foremost, I love the Lord. He is my foundation and defines who I am. I'm sure most of the profiles on this site express that sentiment, but that's the beauty of this site. We are all, hopefully, striving for one thing: to find the person God has chosen for us if He has graciously chosen to bless us in that way. And while we are searching, or waiting as the case may be, we are striving to serve Him with the talents and skills He has given to us. I also love Disneyland. A rather awkward transition, I know, but I just couldn't quite connect the Lord with Disneyland smoothly. :-) I would LOVE to meet someone who is as much a fanatic about Disneyland as I am. Ok, maybe fanatical is not the right word, but considering how much I adore romping through Disneyland, I'd really like the man I meet to be willing to at least indulge that -like side of me (please note that I did NOT say childish...big difference). This also includes splashing in the waves with me at the beach. I just love giving myself over to the exhilaration of being a big ! But I also know when to be serious and hope that he will know that as well. As much as I enjoy Disneyland, I revel in those conversations that are a bit uncomfortable but leave us with a better understanding of each other. Basically, I just hope we can make each other better as of the Lord and adore each other's strengths while accepting and helping with each other's weaknesses. Some interesting (or perhaps not-so-interesting) facts about me: I love The Simpsons, SCUBA diving, swing dancing, traveling, laughing, and teaching. I long to live and enjoy life to the fullest, and I pray that God will bring the one I am to do all this with to me when the time is right. I have adopted three dogs, a yellow lab, a walker hound, and a cocker mix (she's a wee one) and adore my doggies. So I guess it would be good if you like dogs and would be willing to throw my lab's ball for her over and over and over and over...you think I exaggerate? Just wait. :-)

My Ideal Person
I think I outlined a little of what I'm looking for in the above paragraphs. Basically, I want a man who is willing to take leardership in our relationship and grow with me in our faith.
