My Ideal Person
I am looking for a well grounded Christian man who I know is allowing God to direct his steps. I tend to be attracted to kind, articulate and passionate men. I would like to meet someone to trust whose helpmate I could be for a lifetime.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is my strength. It has allowed me to weather every storm with a peace that only comes from knowing God is able and he will.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Phillipians 4:13 'I can do everything through him who gives me strength.' Romans, 12:9-21 'Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil: cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love'.....It's worth reading the whole thing but I won't copy it. It is a summary of God's love and the love we should have for each other.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Every partnership needs rules which govern the actions of the principals. What better ruler to measure one's actions by than God's. What better model for interaction. I know I can truly honor and respect my man in all things if he is honoring and allowing God to govern our lives.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in Brooklyn, New York. I then went to college and graduate school in Rhode Island at Brown. I traveled to Europe and Africa for months the moment I finished school. I did volunteer work and also just traveled around. I haven't stopped traveling since. My son and I had just passed through the train station the night before the bombing in Madrid, Spain(blessed). I have done missions work in Honduras. This past year we whitewater rafted in Costa Rica, went to Maui, toured China for 14 days, sailed from St Lucia to Trinidad on a 64 foot sailboat, skiied in Bampf, Canada. Did you say travel? You'll hav to ask me my favorites. Gotta get to Greece and South Africa oh and New Zealand! So if u pick me you can not be a homebody!

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
MY favorite activities include yoga, sailing, skiing, watching my son the point guard take it to the hoop, THE HEAT! Those are my selfish endeavors. I also enjoy giving back on a personal level to people in need, be it witnessing or handing out food, or just quietly extending that hand when you know its needed.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I awake at 6:15 and praise the Lord for my life and the beautiful sunrise in this paradise I live in. I get my son to the bus by 7am, go to yoga or the gym, shower and go to work at 8 or 9 depending, then home if I'm lucky by 6:30 to feed and hang out with my son. I might soak in my tub before I call it a day while I read or do some bible study.
