My Ideal Person
I am looking for someone who knows who they are is what they want out of life. I am very attracted to a person's intellect. I have very positive relationships with people that I connect with on an intellectual and emotional level. I believe in chemistry and I find that if those other two facets are in place, then it can only enhance any physical connections.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is the most important facet of my life. It frustrates me a great deal when people think that being religious is the same thing as being spiritual. Corporate worship should only be one small facet of a person's relationship with the Creator of the Universe.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
My favorite verse is John 16:33. I love is because is comes from a time in Jesus' life when he knew that His death would happen soon. He told His disciples not to be discouraged and to be at peace. I love the Psalms and Proverbs. I also have been so inspired by I Corinthians 13 and Hebrews 11.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I two people do not have the same outlook about what is important in life, then the foundation for the relationship is not very strong.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in Bowling Green, Kentucky. It is a fairly small town, but it is very nice. I was able to travel to Europe a few years ago. It was so amazing. I was able to see Dublin, London and Edinburough. They were all so incredible. I also enjoy Colorado. My brother and his family live there and I traveled there last year with my family. It is so beautiful.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I work in the nursery at church, with 18 months olds. I enjoy it very much. I also am active in the drama ministry at our church. I enjoy that very much and I am thankful for the opportunity to use that gift to honor God. I participate in theatre activities in our community.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I wake up early and try to have my quiet time right away. I keep a prayer journal. I have been journaling for several years and it means a lot to me. Then I get my kids up and ready for their day. I take my daughter to school, then go to my school. My daughter rides the bus to my school and we come home. Some nights I go back to work at a part-time job.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I am in the process of pursuing my masters degree in English. I would like to continue to grow in my faith. I believe that spiritual and personal growth should be a life-long process.
