I participate in some type of cardiovascular exercise for 3-4 miles each morning. In the evenings I add cardio circuit training, palates, the Stairmaster, racquetball and free weights--for body sculpting-- to my regular fitness routine 3-4 times per week. My favorite outdoor activities include (but are not limited to): flag football, field hockey, racquet sports and softball-ù-my absolute favorite!!!
I have learned to:
1-choose God above any and everything.
2-make a commitment of faithfulness to Him.
3-willingly obey Him in the most overwhelming circumstances.
4-have HOPE through the endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures-ùparticularly ROMANS 4:18-21: "Against all HOPE Abraham in HOPE believed . . . without weakening his faith . . . he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what He had promised."
5-share the most awesome gifts the LORD has given me
Currently, I serve as a Life Science Process Analysis for process design and organizational structural architecture. I provide clinical strategy intelligence and research methodology competencies to support accelerated clinical trial completion efforts. I work out of my home-based office.
My Ideal Person
I am placing myself in position to be found by a man of both steel and velvet. He is strong as steel as a result from being strengthened in the LORD, confident in himself as a Christian gentleman, a fervent prayer warrior, and as a spiritual leader. He strives to be in good physical health and condition, an effective communicator, and Spirit-filled.
