Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I was born into the Lutheran faith. I married a Catholic and became Catholic. Later, I went to a Christian Church and was immersed in baptism...my THIRD 'baptism'. I now attend a Lutheran Church. (Made a full circle) I love my Church family. I believe that faith is my life. Everything I am, have, ever will be is the gift of God. My life, my living is my prayer to God.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
John 3: 16.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
God is my strength and my joy.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in IL and IN. Have been as far East as New York, as far South as Florida, as far West as Washington and as far North as Canada over Lake Superior...and once to the Dominican Republic. I loved Las Vegas...it is a Christmas Tree town.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
At Church, other than the worship services, I LOVE the pot luck meals.
I love when my daughters and I have our "Girls Night Out"...eat out, go shopping, see a movie or do crafts at home.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I sleep til I wake, play on the computer, do chores, paint, watch TV, read, go to bed. I also find time to do a lot of munching. Weekends I go to the flea market and I love yard sales and auctions.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
Personal...get organized! Paint a lot and make some quilts. Downsize. Spend time with family.
Spiritual...growth. Always looking for higher ground.
