My Ideal Person
I would like to start off with a friendship - someone that I can truly talk with and bum around town - church, movies, the gulf, etc and we'll see if it progresses to more.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
Without my faith and the prayer of my loved ones I could not have made it through my divorce. It is very important to me. The cornerstone of my life and my home.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I want to model for my kids (and myself) a Christ-like dating relationship. When their father and I were married it was easy for me to say 'just abstain from sex and don't ever be in a position that you would have to make a choice to have sex or not'. Now that I'm not in a marriage/sexual relationship,I'm finding out how difficult it really is.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in Pensacola, Fl. Moved to Mobile, Al at 18 to go to college. I have been to Tn, Ga, Fl, Tx, Ms, Mexico, Colorado. I love to go to Helen, Ga - it's this alpine village nestled in the foothills of the Ga mountains. They have all kinds of crafts, candle making, tubing, even Oktoberfest!!

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I love to sing!! I have recently joined the ladies softball team at church- even though I am nearly the oldest - we have a great time! I spend a lot of time with my kids and we enjoy going to the Gulf in the summer. I take my kids to Six Flags but all I do is walk around with them. I'm a real weanie!!

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I get up at 5am. Take a shower. Get my youngest up (13.)Get dressed. Take him to the bus stop. I'm usually at work by 6:45am and am supposed to get off at 5:30pm but that rarely happens. When I get home that kids have usually already eaten and I wash clothes and get ready for the next day. I talk with my kids about their days and maybe watch a little TV. I'm usually in my bed by 9pm reading or watching TV. I work Mon - Thurs and am off every Fri, Sat and Sun.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I would like to get into better shape physically and spiritually.
