I am a happy person who manages a team of happy, successful people. Most people say I bring out the best in them. I enjoy my relationship with God and attending church. I moved to Memphis one year ago and attend church in Lakeland. I have 2 grown , 4 grandsons, 1 granddaughter and I adore them all. I love work, movies, music, coffee houses, entertaining friends, Southern Gospel music, reading and laughter. I am self confident and secure. I have traveled a great deal and I am currently planning a trip to Korea to visit my and her family.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is my foundation. I am conservative but not judgemental. It is my link to the past and the future and my stability in the present.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
John 3:16, Proverbs 31, Psalms 23, Romans 8, the entire book of James

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I am very trusting and need to be with people who trust me and are deserving of my trust. Christians usually value honesty and virtue as well.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in rural northeast LA. I have lived in Germany, TX, LA, MS, TN. I have traveled to many places in the US, Okinawa. I am planning a trip to Korea in the fall. I love the Ozarks and Smokies in the fall, any place with water, Miami, Gulf Shores, south TX.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I enjoy Sunday School, worship, singing, dinners at Church. I like to socialize with others and learn about them and their beliefs away from Church.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I get up about 7:30 and get to work by 9. I work very hard during the day. My job requires concentrated effort and emotional stability. I get off between 6:30 and 8 depending on tasks at hand and whether I have plans. After work I usually have dinner alone, check my email, watch some tv, read.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I am transitioning from teaching and working with youth to working with adults and finding more time for personal growth and introspection. I want to be a mature Godly example for my children, grandchildren, coworkers and students at school.
