Self Love Sunday 💕 “Self Love Brings Beauty” I couldn’t put it better than that. When you love yourself it radiates outward and gives you that extra glow and sparkle! 🤩 I could go on and on about my self love journey and how rough it is/was to totally and completely accept myself flaws and all. But I think it’s more important to focus on the present and today I love me and my body inside and out and I work daily to try to be a better person for me and for all my loved ones and patients. It makes me a better family member, friend and doctor when I love myself and take care of me. We all need a small reminder sometimes. So don’t forget to take that little bit of time for you to show yourself love and care emotionally and physically. 😊
