Straight up I want to be totally honest so you know what you are getting with me and so you know what you can expect.
First, I have a bad back, I was in a car accident almost 5 years ago that really messed my back up. I had my second surgery in mid-July of this year ('06) and am still recovering from that, and it will likely take another 6 months to a year to fully recover and see what the final prognosis will be. I am doing much better now than I was before my surgery, but still my movement and activity is limited from a normal person and that takes a lot of patience.
Second, my family is a little crazy. I am the only one who will admit that, though, which means I am the only normal one. I had a pretty rough time growing up, and so it may take a little longer for me to trust, though if you are able to win my trust it is forever
Obviously, with the physical limitations, the variety of what I can do is limited, mostly quiet things at home. But I am always open to trying something new. I am hoping that as time goes on and I get stronger that it will become less and less of an issue. I have been out of work since my accident, but I am planning on going back to school in a year for forensic science.
My Ideal Person
What I am looking for is someone who doesn't want to move too fast with a relationship, but who is definitely interested in me just for me. Someone who is kind, who is patient and understanding with my quirks, and who can COMMUNICATE their likes and dislikes. Someone who can carry on a conversation with me, who has a sense of humor and who likes to have fun. And most important, someone who has a personal relationship with God, who will pray with me, go to church with me, who will grow together as we grow closer to Him.
