I graduated from Northwestern College, St. Paul with a BME (Music Ed) in the spring of 2004. I am a band director. I am taking classes at the University of South Dakota. I will earn a Master of Music Ed in a few years by taking summer courses. I love to serve others, participate in music ministry, and work with youth. Most of all I love our Lord Jesus.

My Ideal Person
A Christian to loves to serve and use her gifts for the Lord. It would be cool if she plays piano or has some kind of musical background.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in Sandstone, MN. Most of my traveling has been with the band. In high school we went to SD, Cal, and Fl. In College I have been to Spain, ND, SD, Ill, Mich, Iowa, and in May we will be going to Japan.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
Church: youth events and pot lucks. Outside: Classical music concerts.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
Wake up, shower, get dry, devos, eat, drive to where I'm student teaching, student teach, eat lunch, student teach, leave where I'm student teaching, go to band at Northwestern, go home, check e-mail, eat supper, write lesson plans and talk on MSN, get ready for bed, go to bed, get out of bed and turn on alarm clock:), go back to bed.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
To glorify God in all that I do. I pray that I'm an example to the students that attend the school I teach at.
