I am a strong and independent young woman who is often misunderstood. I am extremely ambitious and goal-driven. My faith is strong and I owe all that I am to my Saviour. I don't do much preaching but I am definitely a believer. I love sports, reading, working out, and watching movies. Other that God, music, food, and are my passions. I am very family-oriented. I value honesty and commitment . I love to laugh and smile...it's active healing. I am very dedicated and committed to social awareness and active learning. I'm just a fun loving person.

I'm looking for someone who wants to take it slow in developing a relationship. I like going out on dates. I'm looking for a possible long term relationship but mainly friendship and someone to hang out with.
When it comes to physical health, excercise and fitness is important and expect my potential mates to be at about the same fitness level. I like my dates to be assertive and take the lead. That's new to me, but would definitely like to try that. I love children and definitely don't mind if my potential has them, just no drama please. I like my date to be a cultured, adventurous, and modern person with personal qualities such as kind, humorous, athletic, fun-loving, laid-back, educated, spiritual, and patient. The people I tend to be attracted to are goal oriented and driven.

I don't like the ritualistic and repetitiveness of religion. Spirituality is a better definition of my faith and beliefs. My faith is who I am. Some don't understand my feelings and beliefs but they are my own.

Hampton Roads, VA is a favorite spot. I haven't done much traveling but am looking forward to doing so in the future. I grew up in the Washington DC area.
