I have an outgoing, very social perality. I love my God and cannot believe I ever lived any sort of life without Him. I became saved about 8 years ago. I love talking about the Bible, God, His creation; on a "date" I love going to concerts, movies, dining, miniature golf, anything that would humble me and help us have fun. I love to laugh and have a good time. I also love having serious conversations (but not about politics). I love Italian, Greek and French food; I love going on picnics and taking long walks, with my dog, too. I have a little Jack Russell Terrier and 2 cats. Animals are a great passion of mine. I love to read and knit in my spare time. I also love to sing and play piano. I love CCM and classical and light rock music; I live in Milwaukee and like it very much. There is so much culture! Money is not important to me - it used to consume me because I had so much debt, but God has helped me and I am on the road to becoming financially sound. One of the most interesting things I have ever done is walked a marathon in Dublin, Ireland for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Foundation.
Mi persona ideal:
A godly man who is interested in all sorts of different things. Traveling, new cultural experiences, animals, Bible study, both together and separately...a good, kind man who is patient and loving and has much compassion for others.

Por favor describe tu fe. ¿Qué tan importante es tu fe para ti?
Very, VERY, very important to me. I do daily checks on it. Sometimes I'm not in a good place, sometimes I'm mad at God, sometimes I'm so in love with Him, but throughout all MY ups and down, God never wavers. That's the best lesson I have learned. He is truly, astonishingly faithful. Just because He loves me/us????? That is very hard to comprehend. But I love learning about God and more and more of what He can do and will do to keep us around. :)
¿Qué versículos de las escrituras son más importantes para ti?
I can do all things through Christ who strenghtens me. Phil. 4:13
This was the first verse of Scripture I ever memorized onto my heart. It helped me through a LOT of stuff.
¿Por qué es una relación cristiana importante para ti?
Without it, nothing matters. It's all flat and lifeless, useless, pointless. If you can't have a relationship with your loved one or spouse or "special someone" that's grounded and based in Christian principles and values, you're toast.
That's pretty much all there is to say about that, I think.
¿Dónde creciste? ¿Dónde has viajado? ¿Cuáles son algunos de tus lugares favoritos para visitar?
Northern Wisconsin.
My favorite places in the whole world (thus far) are Helsinki, Finland and Dublin, Ireland. I also like the town I grew up in, Marinette, WIS. Lots of good memories. I was up there around Christmas last and I drove around on Xmas Eve, past my old schools and house and library and I was just bawling my eyes out from all the nostalgic feelings. :) It was sad, but cathartic.
¿Cuáles son tus actividades favoritas tanto en la iglesia como fuera de ella?
I love to sing; I love doing Christian theater with Acacia Theatre Company. I have been with them almost 8 years. I love to read, knit, go to the theatre and concerts, walk my dog and play with my pets; I enjoy voluteering - I started a fiber arts group at work that benefits our cancer patients. I have many things I enjoy doing. :)
¿Cómo es un día para ti? Describe tu rutina diaria.
I work full-time most days. Pretty boring.
Get up at 7, at work by 5:30. Come home, hang out with the animals, play on the computer, make some dinner, watch some TV, read in bed, go to sleep. Do it again.
(The weekends are usually more interesting. :) Bit I wouldn't call myself a boring person, by any regard.)
¿Cuáles son tus objetivos personales y espirituales?
Learn more about God, get closer to God, read more about God, read more Bible, do Bible studies, do missions work abroad...all kinds of things. Take more classes at MICS...
