I study psychology at Appalachian, and will likely return for my master's sometime after graduation. I am not a traditional college student, in ways other than just my age. I do not party, but shy away from the "drama" of most college students' lives, and am able to genuinely care for someone. I really enjoy wine and dining, whether I cook or it is done for me.
I love to cook, travel, and take part in certain outdoor activities like camping, snowboarding and whitewater rafting. I enjoy both staying at home and going out, though I'm not a fan of the bar/club scene. My age makes it sound like I am young and naive, but you'll learn that that is not the case at all.
I would love to one day have a big family with three or more . If economically feasible, I would prefer to homeschool my family. I spent some time studying to be an elementary school teacher, and I couldn't imagine sending my to be taught by people so mean. There's a little insight into my ideas of the future. God will have the final say.
Minha Pessoa Ideal
I'd like to meet a man who is ready to settle into a more serious relationship after dating for a while. He has to, sometime in his future, plan to get married and have a family, the bigger the better! I prefer a man who is out of college, but college students are okay as long as they definitely share my desires for something other than a fling. I need a man who is honest, caring, and independent. Height and weight are not big deals for me, nor is body structure. I have an eclectic view of beauty. What really matters to me is what is encased within someone's heart, and what radiates from their personality. I am interested in someone who is able to smile at life's mysteries and to laugh at life's troubles. We all are brought down every now and then, but my match is resilient and will quickly bounce back.

Que versos da escritura sagrada são mais importantes para você?
Psalm 101: "I will sing of loyalty and justice. To thee, oh Lord, I will sing. I shall walk in a way that is righteous. Oh when wilt thou come to me?" (note: That is straight from my memory. I picked that verse as my favorite in second grade, and have never found one that I liked more.)
This piece of Scripture is important to me because it outlines, very simply, how I must live my life. I should speak and live in a way that is righteous, always seeking the Lord. In my life, I have always loved simplicity.
Onde você foi criado(a)? Que lugares já viajou? Quais são alguns de seus lugares
favoritos para passear?
I have lived in all sorts of places, not really growing up in just one location. I've traveled all over the United States, and in Western Europe. I have also been to Israel, which breeds my best memories of time spent with my father and grandmother, seeing the places I'd always heard and read about in the Bible.
Como é o seu dia? Descreva sua rotina diária.
I make all three meals I eat most days. In the morning, I wake up, get ready, and leave for class. After class, I come back and make breakfast/lunch (depending on whether or not I ate the breakfast I prepared the night before). Then I go back for my next class, returning to my apartment again for lunch/snack. Then I sit in front of the computer, read, or work on homework until it is time for dinner. After dinner, I either continue cooking (like for other meals, dessert, or just for fun) or go back to the computer/television/book (if not all three).
Getting ready for bed, I take my migraine prevention medication, watch the Daily Show and the Colbert Report. When in bed, preparing for sleep, I watch the Arts channel, write in my journal, read, and/or do Sudoku.
Quais são alguns de seus objetivos pessoais e espirituais?
My main goal is to get married and start a family. I understand that it may seem like I'm hung up on that, but it's something that I've always wanted...somewhere that I have always been able to see myself. I know I would be a good mother; I have the basic instincts that all born-to-be mothers have.
I would like to also be an artist, but I believe that art comes in countless forms. Cooking is an art. Making greeting cards is an art. Ask the Dada artists. Everything is art (of course they would also argue that nothing is art...Dadaists are kind of confusing).
