praising Jesus

I'm a prayerful working mom [small rehab practise] and full time parent for my 3 teens.......I live to laugh!

God's help is always there but a person has to take the first step!"Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both." ~ Benjamin Franklin

A GOOD ONE

A man and a woman were asleep like two innocent babies. Suddenly, at 3 o'clock in the morning, a loud noise came from outside. The woman, sort of bewildered, jumped up from the bed and yelled at the man "Holy Cow, That must be my husband!" So the guy quickly jumped out of the bed, scared and naked he jumped out the window like a crazy man. He smashed himself on the ground, ranthrough a thorn bush and then started to run as fast as he could to his car. A few minutes later he returned and went up to the bedroom and screamed at the woman, "I AM your husband.!" The woman yelled back, "Yeah, then why were you running?" And that folks............is how the fight started.

You've heard me harp on about this
[violins not that quiet in the background]

Harry is a .
I did a party for him with the
assistance of my closest [emotionally]
sister last night. He will be 15 on 1 July.

I'll keep my comments to comparing
his behaviour to regular fifteen
behaviour withour attachment disorder....
it was very educational and I'll continue
helping Harry heal [and mom too].

God bless us all.

"We tend to look at caring as an attitude of strong toward the weak, of the powerful toward the powerless, of the have's toward the have-not's. When we honestly ask ourselves which persons in our lives mean the most to us, we often find it is those who, instead of giving much advice, solutions or cures, have chosen rather to share our pain and touch or wounds with a gentle and tender hand. The friend who can be silent with us in a moment of despair or confusion, who can stay with us in an hour of grief and bereavement, who can tolerate not knowing, not curing, not healing, and face with us the reality of our powerlessness, that is the friend who cares." Henri Nouwen
