this customer called last night at both her patience,and wit's
end.
she had just spent over an hour speaking to 5 different techs
trying to get her computer to connect wirelessly to her network.
she was like,can you please help me!!??!!
and i was like yes ma'am i will be working to get this resolved for you this evening.
but in my mind i was like "if 5 other techs couldnt help her,how will i help,i just started working here."
so after a couple of quick fix attempts it became apparent to me,that this customer may need a complete reconfiguration of her access point.
so,thank God it was working fine at the end of the call.
so.......
then i had another customer call me a genious after fixing her wireless network.
me a genius????? i almost started laughing while the customer was still on the line!! ME??? A GENIUS??? YEAH RIGHT!! but i still humbly accepted the compliment any way.
wireless calls can get pretty tricky,but thank God they just gave us an extra class just on wireless,so that has really helped me to handle those wireless calls.

truely a work of art!!
i start getting quite emotional when i hear that one!!
that is one of those few songs that just sends me on a trip.

so you might get a tough call,or you might get an easy call,
a good prayer might be.......

did you see the part where the coach of the glee club is speaking to his wife????
i dont know what she did,(i dont see all the episodes).
but he basically tells her "i dont view you the same any more,i used to see you and think love,marriage, and family.now when i see you that is all gone,it is all gone now"
wow,when i heard that it reminded me sooooo much of me and my exwife,i used to see her,as my queen,the one,the only,my woman,my breath,my aspiration......
now when i see her,that is all gone....
sure,we are buddies,freinds,but the very special thing we once had has vanished.
never thought prime time tv had so much to offer.
