all of them were eatin size too.
but i thru them all back in 
2 hours ...7 fish...and about 20 bucks in expenses.
including an 11 dollar (one day fishing licence) 
oh well...better to pay that,then get caught without a licence...then pay alot more!

well...the dead line is 8/17/2010(to submit an application for the open position)
at that time i would have met the requirement of being employed there for at least 6 months...with 2 whole days to spare! 
i am sure...that if i am even considered for the job..i wont be in the front running.
i have heard it is very difficult to get a promotion from with in...they give them out but usually you had to have been there at least a year and a half (not 6 months like me)
but...like i told a co-worker yesterday...at least i am letting them know...to possibly consider me for future promotion oportunities.
i have already studied the job in question...and i know i can do it!!!
honestly...i think i would be better at that job...then the call agent job i have now.
sometimes it gets tiring talking so much all day...8 hours strait!!
the job is basically supervising about 25 call agents in "a team"
helping them to have success in the company....i think i would like that.i just need to find out how to use some of the software the sups use...it doesnt look to difficult.....just need to find some one to teach it to me.

well today while traveling south bound on vance jackson road,
oh at around 11:30 ish.....
there i was locked in battle with this stubborn little booger....
no matter what i tried,nothing... nada...it would not go away
i tried flicking it and nothing....
all this while an attractive woman is whatching this episode,driving right behind me!
so.....some how during my conflict,this booger ends up on my windsheild!!
and there i was thinking do i reach over and remove the booger,or just pretend it is not there???
and then i thought with all my experience in life...shouldnt i be thinking of something else???
something more constructive????
i am over here trying to make a decision about a booger???!!!???
haha,something is not right with that!!!

any ideas as to how i should do this????
should i just quit my job right now and go stay at a hotel over there (at any PRETTY town near the gulf)and start looking for a place to live and work??
should i wait another 13 months until i finish paying off my car??
should i start applying for apartments on line,in that area???
should i start applying for jobs on line in that area?????
really,i am a real dummy in this area,any game plans,any mapped out courses???
really...do i just wait until they fire me here????
and then make a move????
i could sure use a helping hand in this area!

well,they approved me for that flexible shift...so thank God i should be starting in about a week!!
then this other supervisor was trying to reqruit me for his crew.
but it turns out my supervisor protested that and won,he said they were trying to take away 3 of his top performers and give him 7 troubled employees.
well,thank God for now,i have a job that appreciates my work ethic and my abilities!
what ever those abilities might happen to be!!
it is nice when you work some were that actually notices that you have something to contribute.
after working at places that could only provide negative reinforcement,to work somewere that offers possitive imput is real nice.
dont get me wrong,i here some of the supervisors at this new place,chopping their employess in a thousand pieces.
but at least my sup. is pretty cool.
there is this one lady supervisor,that i always here riding her poor employess,it bothers me to see that but i know each supervisor has their own style.
she reminds me of my ex boss where i was fired after 4 years of hard work.
oh well,at least for now i dont have to deal with a problem like that.

ok,it appears the madness is continuing,thru july i presently have the best score out of my team!!
wow,but that is prolly going to change because my AHT (average handle time) has been slipping,going up,up,up,OUCH!!!
but my transfer rate appears to be going down.....so hopefully i can pass for the month,thats all i really hope for,you pass,you avoid the unemployment line!
at this company you have to try your best,just to pass,if you try to be average.....you will prolly flunk......i am thinking of joining a team that has a different schedule every week....
it pays a dollar more an hour....sounds like a pretty good deal!!!
well,hasta la vista, my bewildered friends!!
and no,i dont know what bewildered means!

i have noticed,in every job i have ever worked at.
there are several different kinds of personalities.
you have those who never show up.
you have those who never show up on time.
you have those who spend there entire shift talking to the boss, instead of doing their job.(trying to score some browny points,you know the type)
then you have the control freaks.
then you have the tuff guys.(those always make me laugh)
but me,i am just at work trying to make a paycheck.
the way i figure it,i am 44,and i have at least 18 years before some one just starts sending me a check in the mail for doing nothing.
can you think of a type i missed,i am sure i missed a few.
