What you type here stays here......
Just a place to share some little something...That isn't for everyone to see.

May each new day Open Your Eyes to all that it has to offer. Gods Love, a warm smile, hugs and kisses from the ones you love, time to stop and smell the roses, if not take it. All the little things that are priceless. Because yesterday is gone....and tomorrow.....may never be yours. So see each day for what it is...A Great Big Hug From God....Now just say that out loud...Today is a Great Big Hug From God...

Now if that didn't make you SMILE. I'm worried...

Hugs and Kisses from Me to You....God Bless!!!! Angel

One Sunday in a Midwest City, a young was "acting up" during the morning worship hour.

The parents did their best to maintain some sense of order in the pew but were losing the battle.

Finally, the father picked the little fellow up and walked sternly up the aisle on his way out.

Just before reaching the safety of the foyer, the little one called loudly to the congregation, "Pray for me! Pray for me!"

1. Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.

2. Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.

3. Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.

4. Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.

5. Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.

6. Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.

I think its time to Praise HIM!!!!!!Come on

Elizabeth George, in her book, A Woman After God's own Heart, describes removing the soot as "the great exchange." She says, "Away from the world and hidden from public view, I exchange my weariness for His strength, my weakness for His power, my darkness for His light, my problems for His solutions, my burdens for His freedom, my frustrations for His peace, my turmoil for His calm, my hopes for his promises, my afflictions for His balm of comfort, my questions for his answers, my confusion for His knowledge, my doubt for His assurance, my nothingness for His awesomeness, the temporal for the eternal, and the impossible for the possible." That's what I call a powerful window cleaner!

A little boy was kneeling beside his bed with his mother and grandmother and softly saying his prayers, "Dear God, please bless Mummy and Daddy and all the family and please give me a good night's sleep."

Suddenly he looked up and shouted, "And don't forget to give me a bicycle for my birthday!!"

"There is no need to shout like that," said his mother. "God isn't deaf."

"No," said the little boy, "but Grandma is."

In So Much Pain.....

Almost 5 years ago, a guy came into my life. He became a great friend and by friend I mean friend no more. We have kelp in touch over the years...he would call out of the blue...like this week.

We where both in great pain back then, he still is. Me because I was going through a divorce from a man I had been married to for 12 years. Him because when he came back home from Iraq after being there a year. His wife said she didn't love him anymore and wanted a divorce.

He was or is a preacher. He called me the other day to tell me that they where divorce. 24 years of marriage. They had been fighting over who gets what, all this time..

At 3am this morning I'm awake with Him on my heart....My friend, Is feeling so lost right now...hurt, not understanding, I'm sure angry. Living in self..at this point. The difference in him is unreal. I don't know this new man...but my heart bleeds for him. The man I knew was so close to God...not understanding why this was all happening to him...But seeking God, just the same...But along the way something has happen...He want talk to me about God anymore.

This man talked me through so much pain...the whys, what ifs, and so much more. I can understand why we rush into a relationship with someone new. We want the pain to go away so bad that we try and replace it...with with worldly things...But in the end only God can heal the pains of the world..of flesh.

I couldn't see that when I was hurting back then and he can't see it now...But I will not stop praying for this man after Gods own heart
...that much I know to be true and I will make sure he knows I'm praying...Will you pray for him too.

In Touch Daily Devotional
by Dr. Charles Stanley

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wednesday, May 21, 2008 -- When We are Lonely -- Hebrews 4:14-16
Despite the fact that technology enables us to stay connected, we haven't solved the loneliness problem. Many people still feel cut off from those around them. The real solution for healing the deep ache of isolation is an intimate relationship with God.

As He was about to create Adam, God said in Genesis 1, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness". One point of resemblance to the Lord is our desire and ability to share intimacy with others. We're created to commune with God.

Adam and Eve had a close bond with the Lord, who spent time with them in the Garden of Eden. But, the couple's disobedience caused a rift in the relationship. Since God is holy, He can't allow anything unrighteous into His presence. Once sin entered the world through the first couple, every person born would be tainted with it and separated from God.

Yet because of His love, the Lord planned a way to bridge the gap between Himself and mankind. Jesus Christ took our transgressions upon

Himself and died on the cross, wiping away the stain of sin. Whoever trusts in His sacrifice for the forgiveness of sins goes over the "bridge" formed by the cross. Each new believer is immediately restored to a right relationship with God.

A little girl asked her mother, "How did the human race appear?' The mother answered, 'God made Adam and Eve and they had and so was all mankind made."

Two days later the girl asked her father the same question. The father answered, "Many years ago there were monkeys from which the human race evolved."

The confused girl returned to her mother and said, "Mom, how is it possible that you told me the human race was created by God, and Dad said they developed from monkeys?"

The mother answered, "Well, dear, it is very simple. I told you about my side of the family and your father told you about his."
