A few beads and some twine, not much to me.. but so much more than we can see food for a day maybe.. across the sea a land lost in time unpleasant reality of life in the slums
drugs abuse.. in this day there is no excuse NOT to do all we can a few beads and some twine for them it's a lifeline for me, for now it's all I can do alleviate the pain nothing to gain but peace my dollar fed someone so faraway enabled some little girl to be set free from the pimps hold his forced brutality a few beads and some twine handmade by a little girl in a land faraway over the sea but now she is part of me everyday I'm reminded to pray by a few beads and some twine... Destiny Rescue goes into the slums and rescues these from , they go to live in christian run orphanages and make these jewelry pieces to make money, they are born again and get an education. Life is cheap, girls are worth so little.. another ministry, Empart, is training up people to plant churches, they say it takes seven yrs for foreign missionaries to get any breakthrus in these regions, but the people respond quicker to their own, than outsiders. It is incredibly dangerous for these people to make a stand for Jesus, they are murdered. One ministry has lost five people in these last few weeks.. One young woman became a christian and her husband sent her home to her parents to demand more dowry, they refused her unless she renounced her new found faith, she said she couldnt and was sent back, her father in law beheaded her... So how blessed are we!!!!! To be able to be free to believe and be christians! There is a world shift happening, the economic super powers are now China and India, it is vitally important now, as never before to support all missions and ministries in these countries... This is spiritual warfare, during the world war govts had slogans, ie Uncle Sam Needs You! Well now it is still relevant, answer the call to arms, to fight the good fight, on our own we can accomplish a little, but get behind a corporate and we can move mountains..
This is a pic of some jewellery, hand made by the poorest of the poor.. The purple heart piece is made by a little girl rescued from the brothels of Thailand.. The others are made by Klong Toey people given a livelihood in the slums.. There really is a bigger picture people, so much bigger than you and I, hey! So how about a bit of christian unity against the true enemy, how about the walk of the truth, it really is time to put your money where your mouth is.. Remember that saying.. People wont care about how much you know, til they know how much you care.. We are His ambassadors, His representatives, His love, His ministers, how do we look thru their eyes?

Dont know about you, but every now and then, I like to just disappear off the radar! It's kinda good, knowing right at that moment, no one, anywhere, knows exactly where you are! Except God... Why? Because I can! No one to answer to... FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Free to live free to give free to be I'm free to love You Lord.. My chains fell off my heart was free I'm alive to live for You Amazing love How can it be You gave everything for me everything.. Music soothes the savage beast David played for Saul keep the evil spirits at bay and sing sing sing and make music with the heavens lift high the name of JESUS! That's when I truly feel alive when I sing but not just just any song a song to the Lord Dig deep and find the truth in His word we are told to clap to sing and make a joyful noise unto the Lord..... Winter is upon us now time for quiet reflection stormy season knowing Him In the eyes of infinity I am invisible In the eyes of God we shine like stars whose light lingers long after they've gone I wonder are all those stars the light of those who've gone before us light years long gone all we are is like a breath and I think of the whales searching the sea I look for them a puff of vapor betrays their position and they glide unseen below the waves singing their song for Him...

Shih Tzu ...

Shih Tzu (chinese pronounce it as Shirr tsa) Background The breed's origins are shrouded in mystery, but it is known that these little dogs were raised in palaces by eunuchs for the pleasure of the nobility. Here they sat on satin pillows and had beautiful marble courtyards to run in. Distant relatives of the Shih Tzu are the Pekingese and Tibetan-type dogs. Breed Personality, Characteristics & Temperment Every has a reason for being: the Shih Tzu's is strictly to give love. They don't hunt, pull, track or attack - they just love to be with you. Although they may bark to let you know someone is at the door, they soon befriend any visitors once they realise they are friend, not foe. Compatibility With Other Pets Excellent. Care Requirements Shih Tzus are house dogs and love access to a securely fenced garden. However, if you live in a flat or unit, they are content to be walked daily on a lead. These dogs will give you a lot of love, which must of course be returned. A weekly bath to keep your dog's coat and skin clean needs to be followed by a blow dry to ensure that it doesn't catch cold.
Please take note: Although Shih Tzus love , these dogs do require adult care and supervision. Conclusion If you have decided that the Shih Tzu is the for you and you realise that it is a house but needs a daily walk, contact one of the groups listed below:
Shih Tzu
Breed: Shih Tzu (pronounced sheed zoo) Temperament: devoted, spirited Maintenance: high Lifespan: 12-14 years Cost: $400 - $1000 Recommended for: older families, apartments History
The name Shih Tzu is a Chinese word meaning 'lion', but the origin of this breed is most probably Tibetan. It is believed that the ancestors of the Shih Tzu were brought to China during the Manchu period and the dogs were held in great esteem by Chinese royalty for many years after this time.
It was in China the Shih Tzu was named for its flowing mane-like coat, similar to that of the lion. It has been featured in ancient artwork throughout many centuries in that country. In 1930s the Shih Tzu was imported to England and then made its way to America after WWII.
The Shih Tzu was not established as a formal breed until 1949. Prior to this time, they were quite a variable group of dogs, with no pedigrees establishing parentage and no guarantees of purebred status. The breed has always been popular and remains so today. Temperament
Despite its most regal look the Shih Tzu is not aloof but is surprisingly robust. They are loving and loyal, bonding particularly well with one member of the family. The Shih Tzu is a playful and active breed often retaining its puppy-like behaviour until well into the later stages of life. This is one breed that loves human contact and companionship, but may have a tendency to become spoilt and act accordingly. Shih Tzus are intelligent dogs that learn quickly. Appearance
Shih Tzus are covered with a long, dense coat with a good undercoat. The face hair hangs well over the eyes and must be tied back to avoid irritation to the eyes. Body hair will easily reach the ground in an unclipped adult dog. The moustache and whiskers may also reach ground length. Shih Tzus are small dogs with a broad and deep chest. They have large dark eyes set apart and a black nose set on a short muzzle. Dogs come in black or white with parti colour. Maintenance
Due to their thick and profuse coat, a Shih Tzu needs to be groomed whether it is clipped or not. Dogs in full coat need daily brushing and weekly washing to maintain the coat. The hair ends of show dogs are often kept in papers to prevent damage. Hair above the eyes should always be tied up.
Pet dogs may be clipped after the is 10 months old. The should then be clipped throughout the year depending on the length desired, but still needs to be brushed at least once a week.
Shih Tzu (simplified Chinese: 狮子狗; traditional Chinese: 獅子狗; pinyin: Shīzi Gǒu; Wade–Giles: Shih-tzu Kou; literally "Lion Dog"), is the Chinese name rendered according to the Wade-Giles system of romanization in use when the breed was first introduced in America; the Chinese pronunciation is approximately SHIRR-tsə. The name translates as Lion Dog, so named because the was bred to resemble "the lion as depicted in traditional oriental art,"[1] such as the Chinese guardian lions. The Shih Tzu is also often known as the "Xi Shi quan" (西施犬), based on the name of Xi Shi, regarded as the most beautiful woman of ancient China[2], and, less often, the Chrysanthemum Dog, a nickname coined in England in the 1930s.[3] The may also be called the Tibetan Lion Dog, but whether or not the breed should be referred to as a Tibetan or Chinese breed is a source of argument, the absolute answer to which "may never be known".[4]
Unveiling the History and Origin of the Maltese Terrier
This particular article deals with the beginnings of this small, cute dog. There is speculation as to why the Maltese terrier was bred to be so small, and those reasons will be discussed below. The path that this has taken to get to this point in history has been an interesting one and along the way it has had plenty of famous historical figures as owners. Therefore, if you want a that has possibly been a under Queen Elizabeth I, Marie Antoinette, Queen Victoria, or Mary Queen of Scots, then the Maltese terrier could be for you. The Origin of the Maltese Terrier
It is unknown exactly where the Maltese terrier was first bred, but many people speculate that it occurred in the central Mediterranean region, which includes Italy. Other people place the dog’s origin with the island of Malta of the Mediterranean Sea (where the could get its name). Nonetheless, the history of this breed can be traced back thousands of years, although it is unknown the exact date of its origin. Charles Darwin is said to have believed the origin of this was 6000 BCE.
It was stated before that it was possible that the Maltese originated on the island of Malta in the Mediterranean Sea. At this point in history, this island was a hotbed of trade and saw its fair share of European traders doing business. It is possible that this is where the Maltese found its way to Europe, by way of these explorers and travelers. These people could have seen this as a component of the trading and took it back to Europe. Today, the Maltese is a symbol of cuteness and loving companionship, but at that point in history it is believed that these dogs were used to control the rodent problems back in Europe.
The Maltese has gone by many names in its history, such as the Shock Dog, the Maltese Terrier Dog, the Maltese Lion Dog, and the Bichon. This has gone by so many names because not only has it been around for so long, but it has been in the company of some of the wealthiest and most famous people of its time.
While the could have been used in rodent control, the Maltese was beginning to be bred as a companion when it arrived in Europe. Aristocrats and other wealthy people treated this as a sign of royalty and financial well-doing, so at some point the focus and purpose the served shifted. There have also been excerpts from poems and stories from well-known writers throughout history that speak very highly of this little white dog.
If someone were to get a Maltese right now, that person would be getting a rich with history. It has been the pet of many famous people throughout European history for its companionship and appearance. Thus, if someone were looking to get a that has been known to be a good companion, the Maltese is a valid choice because hundreds of years of history have proven this was meant to specifically be a companion to its master. Once you know the history and the temperament of the Maltese Terrier, it can help you make a well-informed decision in determining if this is indeed the right for you. And all this aside, we love our lil dog, she is full of love and character and my fav thing about her is that she 'KNOWS' when someone is coming to our place, BEFORE they even get out of their car, or come in the gate! She gives a quiet, low, lil warning "WUFF" to let us know, sure enough she's always right! She is an awesome lil watchdog and we love her, give me a any day! Least they dont puke up furballs!
We've had her more than 2yrs. so technically, she's grown up now...

Steve Grace newsletter is really good. He's in the US at the moment, look him up at a church somewhere on the east coast...oops, that should say west coast! This is from his latest newsletter... Good wood and the gift of age
I am the LORD, who brought you up out of Egypt to be your God; therefore be holy, because I am holy. Leviticus 11:45
Moses was a great man. Set apart and called for a time like no other in the history of Israel and its people. He was a man you could trust and follow. Yet he was a convicted murderer, a refugee and a rebel. At times he showed his true colours as a coward. As a leader there were times he misrepresented the character of God to his people. From an elite childhood growing up in the courts of the Pharaoh to an outlaw leader, his life was an epic adventure.
It was not until he became an old man that God could truly use him for the calling He had created him for. The Lord knew he needed a few battle scars and lessons in humility before he could take his place in history. He became the leader of one of the greatest pilgrimages ever recorded... The exodus from Egypt and the 40 year faith journey to the promised land. He needed a few years of wisdom to deal with the many pitfalls the hard headed, nomadic tribes of Israel would face. He was matured over time and some tough seasons. The timbre of his character was tested constantly.
This pre 60's Hammond B3 organ will feature on the new Heritage ll CD. It looks like it has been through the war. It's appearance is ugly. But the sounds that come from this old contraption are beyond amazing. It has been used on tour by Jimi Hendrix and Deep Purple and is owned by Jimmy Cleary, the drummer from the 70's band 'America'. The tones that come from this ancient organ cannot be manipulated in a digital world. It is made from good wood and it is aged. Like an old violin or guitar you cannot buy those sounds seasoned over time.

Sometimes age just makes us better and wiser.

GOD IS GOOD! Worship practice was awesome last night, free worship is my fav. We just keep singing and playing in the Spirit and wow, God sure turns up! I just sing my heart out for God, he gives me the lyrics and it is sooo amazing, I could stay in that place forever... AND I start a trainee course next week so I can earn some money! My is really proud of me, he says patronising things like, "My lil mummy is all grown up and off to college, while patting me on the head! " He's just messing about! So life is good and so is God, amen! Oh and happy bday to John Travolta, same bday as my ex husband, a friend from church and one of the worship team, an eclectic mix of humanity! I used to think John Travolta was handsome, but then again I thought that about my ex too! Tastes and opinions change as we get older!

Someone was asking how many christians there are here? probably more than we think... Just some people seem to attract more attention than others, because they need it... maybe they haven't got much happening in their lives, maybe they feel powerless and this gives them a sense of power... What matters is this, the 'truth' is what sets people free and if the 'real' christians keep speaking the truth out, maybe eventually, it will bear fruit! The biggest break thru's in christianity ALWAYS come where the darkside is worst.. Dont condemn, they are people He created, just as we were once lost, then saved... I know where I've been and that only makes my heart of compassion stronger... I have done midnight hour street ministry to prostitutes, pimps, addicts and alchoholics and one thing I know is this... They appreciate honesty and are more likely to respond to someone 100% honest about their past.. than someone who's pretending to be some holier than thou, never put a foot wrong person.. They like people who will sit beside them and say, hey, I know how this or that feels because they have been in some dark places themselves... I loathe hypocrites and liars, sorry, but I think they are worse than ANY repentant or junkie... Jesus said, " Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. But go and learn what this means. 'I desire mercy and not sacrifice. ' For I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance. "Just because you never received money or agreed payment doesnt mean you're haven't prostituted yourself. How many men or women have you slept with, just for comfort, or for a roof over your head, or because you thought it was love? At least the is honest about who and what they are! Give me an honest any day rather than a lying hypocrite.. Those who are forgiven much, love much, amen...

If we were all in one big room and we could see each other, what a sight! Different ones frothing at the mouth in frustrated ignorant anger, those lovely sweet lil people who just want to say something nice, Stevie raging away to ELO or something else, manicly banging away at his keyboard, no offense stevie, you know what I mean, full of beans, only slowing down to sleep... All those searching the scripture for the latest thing to bang everyone over the head with, never mind whether it's in context or not! A cage full of monkeys at the zoo would probably be very similar... gorillas beating their chests, full of testosterone, trying to bluff and bluster, and that's what it's like... So just remember folks the glass enclosures that keep us separate, thats our keyboard screens... Nothing can harm us... amen Think that's what frustrates them the most.. Cant touch this! toothless tigers, gumming to death, with a bone to pick....
