1 John 1 : 20 .. If we say we love God, but hate others, we are liars. For we cannot love God, whom we have not seen, if we do not love others, whom we have seen...
Love : To regard with affection; to like; to delight in; to be in love; to be tenderly attached; warm affection; fond attachment...
Guess we know by this who loves us and who doesnt, amen!
It ALL comes back to that same word..

These show all the work I did, we had to produce 20 pieces on a theme of different mediums, ie mixing glue with paint etc.
I managed to get 9 pieces done, most were hurried up on 2cnd last day!
Then on the sat we all finished and each set up our own work and we all sat and assessed and commented on each others work.
My teacher said my painting was like the "romantic" style..
Others thought my pics were serene and calming..
ALL were amazed I hadn't done much painting in my life.
At the exhibit on fri night, my teacher said I was brilliant, AND he said it in front of and to people who mattered.
He is a local artist himself and the guy who hung my pic, told me it was good, he is also an artist and just resigned from the uni as a teacher.
I am so excited to be part of a real exhibition!

Computer repair..

Something is not right with this site, it is running slow and my blog is wider than normal.
I had to put my comp in the repair shop to see what was wrong, it was jumping all over the place.
No viruses or cookies, not sure what it was, but I think it is something to do with this site.
Any one else having probs with their comp?
I have been very busy with end of year college..
Finished coffee course and loved it, art course and teacher said I'm brilliant, so wont be holding back on that one, want to go back next yr.
And finished my nail tech course, manicures, nail overlays etc.
And it is weird not to have to get up and go somewhere, still adjusting..
Had art exhib on fri night, all students, some awesome work.
This is a pic of my first pointalism painting, made the frame and covered it, primed it and painted it!

Me personally, I think He'd mostly wear jeans and casual wear just like those He was spending time with, fishermen, farmers, tax collectors, prostitutes, adulterers, , women, men, dead people, sick people, homeless, thirsty, the hungry, the lost...
What do you think?
Those people who expect women to dress in long skirts, covered from neck to knee are like people who think we should only listen to hymns played on old fashioned instruments, if we have to dress this way, why aren't these people (men who say these things) dressing in long robes and sandals, like Jesus did back then.
Christianity is about being relevant to the times we live in, amen...

This response is not abut fault finding, it is about bringing correction to the fore. Correction is needful because believers like you take everything said at face value, without first testing the spirit, to see if it be of the person's self, or if it be of God. The statement God created skin and the Human form is a false statement, and those of you who did not catch that lie, are now beleiving in the same lie, or maybe, afterwards, when you have given it some thought, or are inspired by the Word of God, and catch a glmps of its Truth, then, is this lie brought back to your remembrance and you change your perspective about it, but until that occurs, your belief system has already been affected by the lie. What I share, here now, is for your own good, and not for your harm. As God's , we are suppose to confess the Truth, not lies. If you catch someone lying, it is your duty to correct that one, instead of letting them carry on in it.
Furthermore, no Woman of God ever paraded around as a 'Living Model', showing, perhaps, their nakedness --- for even nakedness, in the Garden of Eden, was considered a sin, or a disobedience to God Commandment; 'Thou shalt not eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil'. Believers, today, are eating from this tree, even while practicing at becoming a Christian, of a 'Follower of Christ'. Woman ought to dress themselves according to God's Word and not wear tight fitting clothing, or showing parts of their breast lines, or the shape and contour of thier bodies, to temp Man. When Jesus forgave the woman who was caught in adultry, He said, 'God and sin no more'. I know I am going to get lot of flack over some of the staements I have made concerning the way a woman should dress, and many of you might rebel against it, but if you search the Scriptures, you may find, that, a woman is suppose to dress properly, showing no shape, no contours of her body, and showing no breast line, or anything else above the knees. The Quakers have the right attitude concerning this dress attire matter, and I Praise God for them. They are living examples of how a Christian Woman ought to look like. Intoday's world, every believing woman dresses according to the fashions of this world, and this is not God's idea of a proper dressing attire for woman. You Woman who dress the way you think you ought to dress are following the ways of the world, and not the Way of God. Remember! The serpents deceptions appeared innocent enough, but the ways thereof is the way of death. I pray you will ponder this in your heart. God richly bless you all. Jody.

Gen 1;26-28 ..how do you think they were going to multiply if they did not have the necessary skin and form to procreate? Gen 2; 21-25 ...How could God take a rib if there were no skin and bones? 24.. Therefore a man shall leave his mother and father and be joined to his wife and they shall become one flesh .. 25 And they were both naked, the man and his wife and were not ashamed..
Not sure where you are getting your info from, but I get mine from the word of God and it is as He says it is.. amen..
We are warned in the last verses of Revelation NOT to add or take away from the word or our names will be removed from the book of life! Rev 22 ; 18-19 ..For I testify to everyone who hears the words of this prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his or her part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book...
All I can say is reader beware, seek the Lord and the word He has given us all...
NEVER take the word of someone no matter how well written or presented, we ALL go to the Bible as our referee, amen ...

Why are people so drawn towards people being talked about in a negative?
They did that about Jesus, tried to make Him out to have a demon.. Why?
Because they wanted control over the people and keep them from knowing the truth..
I read my Bible, that is my main source, I dont read or watch a lot of other people give their interpretation of it...
But there are a lot of them I identify with and think are good and so do a lot of others..
I believe we are to be like Jesus and if we really look at what He was like, we see He could tell things about people no one else could and that is what I call the gift of discernment, an inexplicable "knowing" ...
He could tell demons to get out of a person just at a glance.. He was kind to what we shun..
He encouraged..
He loved, but truly, not wishy washy, or romantically, He loves like a parent loves, some things dont seem so nice but they are necessary..
discipline, chastening, are also part of love and sometimes we think we are not loved, but real love does this...
Parents know this..
There is a lot of contention
here in this place,
everybody puts on their sweet face..
But in the end
there is an underhanded race
There is judgement and domination
thinly disguised,
but still condemnation
Where is the wisdom,
love and grace?
Highschool girlie cliques
have nothing on this!
intelligent interactions
few and far between
ooh dont rock the boat,
honesty makes us squeam
and so back to my real world,
where everythings in place
God in His heaven
showering us all with grace
and undeserved mercy
forgive us all
amen ..

Purpose Driven Life, what's the problem?

I just left this comment on a blog that was saying something about the Purpose Driven Life book by Rick (Pastor) Warren ... tell me what you think?
I think this book is really good, I think you may be limiting the meaning of the word .. DRIVEN.. If for instance someone was to say "I was driven to church on sunday by my friend" .. It takes on a whole new attitude. Purpose led, purpose focussed, purpose motivated and the list goes on ... God bless you!

It's funny how God places us in peoples paths..
I was at art class and a woman toddled thru, embarrassed because she had the wrong room, she is a life drawing model and I KNEW her!
She is a christian and had come to my previous church.
We got talking later and she told me how she had been treated by a certain woman "leader" in that church.
She lost her two friends because she is a life drawing model and was accused of being a ..
God created skin and the human form and said He made us in His image, man was naked til He thought he was to feel shame after satan came into the picture...
I personally would not be a life model BUT where is Jesus in all this?
Where is the love?
I continually run into this particular womans victims all the time..
Even men have left that church because of this woman "leader" ..
This woman accuses all who have left of all sorts of things, but the fact is that church has gone from a congregation of hundreds to less than twenty..
It's not the people who have left who are the problem it's those who stayed..
And the people who are still there are part of this clique, but they cant see where they are really at, they are still on the same level they were at, they have problems with all sorts of areas and NO victory..
Jesus didnt shun or drive people away, He embraced them, He ministered to them, He accepted them, He loved them..
He was particularly kind to prostitutes and adulteresses!
His ancestor Rahab was a !
This woman has a lot to answer for, she has many deceived..
Here is a pic I drew quickly on friday at class, I am doing what I always wanted, I used to get A+ for art at high school and did a little bit over the yrs, but nothing serious, now I'm part of a whole new world..
My teacher says a lot of good things about what I do, it is very encouraging, amen.
That woman also came to the concert on sat night and saw us sing, she came to me after and said, "you were in art class yesterday! I really needed to hear that song, you made me cry .. "
See how God works...
