It's always the same, I've been here for more than five yrs now and there is always someone talking about what others do and then they become ensnared and start doing exactly the same thing!
Get REAL!
I have come to the conclusion if you JUST blog and DONT get into any "behind the scenes banter" you just may stay nice and not get sucked into the "gossip machine" of... "well I know her or him and do you know this is what her or him has done to me or her or him... "

My has started as a volunteer, his first job! He gets to dress up and act a part he has longed to play..
He is an activator, brings the place to life for the tourists..
Acts the part of a soldier..
He is so proud of our families military heritage..
He is wearing a pith helmet and uniform, like his great great grandfather wore in the Boer war...

What are the odds!
My sister posted about a blue tongue lizard ..
My lil got my attention the other day, she has been trained not to bark at nothing, so if she barks and is persistent there's something going on!
She was in the corner barking at something and she was pawing her nose, I thought oh no, not a snake bite!
Went to see what had her attention and it was a large blue tongue lizard!
It had got in under the fence and was trying to find a way back.
Eventually I had to make a hole for it and sure enough away it went!
Still cant figure how it got in, unless it climbed the tree next door and fell in because of a magpie trying to get it.
It was frantic in trying to get back to the other side of the fence, maybe it's got babies?
Good opportunity to teach my NOT to go near it, she might do the same with a snake one day, but it's like I said to my ,
" she's a great lil watchdog and could save his life one day! "
We've had her more than 3 yrs now, time flies!

How awesome is this!
Live on sky news the funeral of Kristian Anderson who posted a video on utube to tell his wife how much he loves her.
He was battling bowel cancer and passed away last week..
Today his funeral is live from c3 church Oxford Falls Sydney..
An opportunity for the world to see how we christians celebrate our passings, from this life to the next..
An opportunity for people worldwide to see how we Aussie Christians "DO" church!
Praise God his passing will bless so many..
His lil 5yr old has described it as "Daddys concert"
God is so good amen, He turns everything around for good, for His good purpose!
They met at this church..

Cleaned out my friend page on another site, like a bunch of freeloading guests!
What hypocrites some people can be!
I sent cards to all and received no acknowledgement at all, thought maybe they didnt get them, but when I had time to go check, there they all were, just ignored..
Well God bless them all, hey, but the hypocrisy is astounding!
What is said in front of people and what goes on behind closed doors, doesnt match up..
So I kicked em all off my page!
Nothing like a good clean out to start the year off right!
That's why I dont have any friends on this site, too much bitchiness, friends with one.. enemy with ten others, damned if you do and damned if you dont..
If you do anything good, there is no encouragement..
People are only interested in gossip and slander..
My wanted to go on site and I said "no, you'll only get hurt, you need tough hide to handle it" ..
That's not very nice is it!
AND we're talking about people who call themselves Christians!!
What a load of..
You know a long time ago I used to cry to God.. I'd say God, what is wrong with people, why are they like this, this isnt how it's supposed to be!
Well you know, nothings changed, only now I'm a Christian..
(born again, but wasn't I a Christian because I believed and cried out to my God.. )
go argue over that one..
since becoming a Christian I thought it would all change, people would be different if they were Christians..
Well the worst things ever to happen to my and I have been done by people who call themselves Christians...
But I thank God for Jesus, His love.. and it is true, He does strengthen and sustain us, I no longer cry to God about people and what they do..
But I pray ..
I totally get Jesus when He said ..
Forgive them Father, for they know not what they do..
What so called Christians do to their fellowman is far worse to God than any others could do..
We ALL will be held accountable..
We ALL will have to answer to Him..
2000 plus years Jesus..
And look at it, no wonder God talks about a remnant..
It's not so hard to believe after all the sifting and sorting, who knows how many will gain entry..
SELAH...
HAPPY NEW YEAR.. yeah right..
So there's another one for all the hypos to ignore..
GET A LIFE and GROW up!
We're going to have a wonderful year anyway..

That we like chocolate!!!!!!
Here is a pic of all the chocolate...
I bought my a set of choc cars..
He loves Aston Martins and he says there is one in the set!
I love choc liquers, so did my nanna, she used to hide a box under her bed and when she went to bed to "read" she would have one!
These choc cherry liquers are Italian and I opened them and they were presented so lovely! In a gold dish and wrapped in red foil like bonbonieri..
They have been made by this factory since 1913!
The other liquer is Danish, cointreau.. this is what it says on the pack..Dark Velvet is a collection of delicious truffles. The truffles in this gift box are filled with a piquant mix of milk and dark choc, Cointreau and a delicious juice extracted from the blood orange. Topped up with a tasty touch of chilli and covered in dark choc from top to bottom, the chocs are bound to seduce your senses..hmm they are exquisitely made lil square blocks and they are by appt to the royal Danish court!
They are delicious!
My also likes Turkish Delight so I bought him a big box of those, he can have them because I DONT like turkish delight..

It's here, the big day itself..
Our beloved Lord and Saviours birthday!!
Shout and sing for joy, praise His Holy Name, amen!!!
I finally feel like the Spirit of Christmas is here..
I love feeling like this, joy and peace in my heart and soul, like all is well with the world even tho it's not, it's because I have the love of the Lord and know it is all in His precious Hands, amen!!
Can you feel it????
We went to church this morn, just a quick service, sang Silent Night and had hugs from friends and family of the Lord..
There is a cyclone brewing off the nth coast, Darwin and the poor people of Christchurch New Zealand have had a "rocking" time this year, earthquakes.. my heart goes out to them..it must be one of the most terrifying things, when the earth itself is shaking your world..
Anyway it is still good because of the Lord, how blessed are we to know that!
Merry Christmas to all my friends and family, my sisters and all theirs..
I had my sister over for tea the other night, just chicken salad and dessert, nothing fancy but it is all good..
My family are who they are, for better or worse, I think mostly, people are trying to do the right thing..
I hope everyone has a totally blessed time!!!!
My is in his room playing his Lord of The Rings ps2 game I got him..
He wanted a sonic screwdriver as in Doctor Who, he is a total fan..
It's like having my dad in the house, he likes all the things my dad liked and didnt even meet him!
My table is set and I will be cooking roast pork and making my homemade dark choc mousse for dinner..
It was supposed to be really hot but I prayed and asked the Lord to bless us with cooler weather and He has, my faith really is that simple these days, I ask Him believing as a ..
I think that's what it's all about really, believing His word and acting on it, amen! Anyway have a great and blessed time everyone and yes, I mean everyone..
Remember Joyeux Noel, first ww and the soldiers stopping to celebrate peace, I wonder now how many wars there would be if it were their time over again?
My lil dog, she's been to the doggie parlour and been clipped and is so cute, she had a shortbread and got a set of tennis balls for christmas!

One thing I noticed yesterday is everyone has an opinion..
Another thing I noticed is people seem inclined to comment and make judgements..
One thing I realised yesterday is that none really have any right to comment if they are not part of what is, or has been, happening..
ie. I cannot comment on any of my rellies or their families, because I haven't grown up and been a member of their particular households..
Just as they haven't been in mine..
BUT funny how everyone has an opinion, even if uninformed or ill informed!
Something was said and I think I responded by rolling my eyes, or shaking my head..
It was immediately assumed that I didnt like the people being discussed..
I didnt add anything, because I realised they knew as much about my life and family as I about theirs..
Not much at all, except how I know them from my own personal experience with each person and that's it really isnt it, we have no right to comment if we are not actually part of it, no matter what any one "tells" us!
ie. one person may be going around telling people this and that, but my experience of family is what goes on behind closed doors stays behind closed doors and dignity doesnt buy into it and if it IS talked about publicly it is seen as betrayal or disloyalty to the family unit.
So a lot of things go unchallenged and unresolved..
When I was married I never discussed my life or what went on, with my parents, I wanted to leave their relationship with my spouse as they had it, he was number one and they thought it was all going good..
They were horrified yrs later when I told them the truth. Especially my dad, he was angry and felt very strongly about what I'd been thru.
They felt betrayed, they had welcomed him with open arms, trusted him and loved him, helped him financially, helped him to get loans and ALL because they thought everything was ok, because I didnt say anything.
They thought he was doing the right thing by us..
Maybe I should have?
Anyway the point I'm trying to make is yesterday, I didnt get mad or offended, I just thought what I just said.
None have a right to comment, just as I have no right to, I know them externally, I dont know anything about their family unit, how it operated, what it was like..
but I wouldnt dream of commenting on them because I dont know them that way, I only know them as my family, or friends..
I can only comment on what I've experienced with people myself..
