Kiss or Oblivion

I do not think carving out our own little island in the middle of wherever you are is a bad thing. I think it is a necessity for me anymore. Keep it simple stupid. Kiss. It has been brought up many times. The sad part is sometimes people over simplify and lose truth in the process. Have you ever been caught in no win situations and have results towards you that are unfair? It happens a lot and publicly it could damage people's opinion of you.
In Christianity the simplicity is tossed aside to add Jesus plus this and Jesus plus that. I wanted a relationship with God and i realized Christ was the only way to a personal relationship; so I hopped on board with that. I didnt want to be part of a religious business venture. Just the personal in which I could glean, share and rejoice with other people who had a personal relationship too. But instead I was confused as people took great freedoms with a scripture hear and there in stating that not forsaking the gathering of other believers meant an organized body. Not sure how they can say that. But in order to have their own "system" be approved, its what they do. I want to know though about where it says that when people do gather, everyone has something to contribute or share...how does that turn into the one man show? I do not see it. I am still trying to figure out why it states where two or more are gathered in my name, there I am in the midst of them. Do we need rent a building to do this? Do we need to pay one of the group to enlighten us? In the scriptures it clearly states that we come to a place where the Holy Spirit is our teacher and we no longer need a man to "teach us". When would that be?
Jesus overcame, he defeated the enemy so what? So that we could have a personal relationship with God that was never before experienced. Not even in the Garden of Eden. Why? How? Because God resides in all born again believers. Christianity is so man led when it is supposed to be Spirit led. Plugged in....plugged into what? A man made concept to be part of a group...or should it be the group spending individual time with God and the overflow is the response of gathering, singing, sharing with the group and not being hindered by the one man show. Yes I am talking about the Pastor. Until 330 years after Christ, a pastor was just an overseer of a fellowship, and a servant that made sure everyone was ok.
I always hear the lame story that, well before they met in homes because of all the persecution. That is true to a degree. But all of a sudden it (the church) is ok just because Constantine builds 19 buildings in 3 cities? That would change everything? No it would not. The bible says we are all anointed as believers. The anointing is simply "The Holy Spirit" which resides in all born again believers. Gifting is not a position. It is a blessing for the edification of not only the body of Christ which is the Church. It is also for the drawing of the world to see God. Paul said that he could be all things to all people. I believe all born again believers can too. Its choice. Its part of being open to and led by the Spirit of God. It is that simple.
Moses had a speech impediment. What if he just chose to keep his mouth shut? He could have, but he knew what God wanted and went beyond and spoke. The miracles happen when we go beyond what is natural and normal. Pray for healings even if you are not confident. Trust God for his will to be done, when it may not match your own. Its about God, not us. Its not about how we are viewed by a group. Unfortunately the groups put all of this on you.
I can not go "there" anymore. I did it for 30 years. I love the fellowship with other believers. But I have no need or even want to any longer understand why people feel compelled to sit under another person and what they perpetrate on others. The Gospel is simple. It is also as frustrating to the structure now as it was in the parables. Remember the anger of the laborers that had toiled all day and the late comer received the same wage? Thats what happens when "Christianity" becomes performance based versus "faith based". It is a sign of internal significance versus the truth and love of God. Need more? How about the prodigal sons brother being so upset because of his leaving and actions....and the subsequent celebration upon his return. He was upset no party had ever been thrown because of him. He put it all into his actions versus the prodigal . Missing the whole point and as well his fathers heart. So, you can "be there" and not really be there.

I spent well over 30 years in spiritual elitism. Then God rescued me. He challenged me to study all that I had been taught with an open mind, allowing the Holy Spirit to teach me and not man. Not mans concept. It is amazing the things I have learned from the Holy Spirit. It is also amazing to know that God has been doing the very same thing with many other people. But then again, why not? It all begins when the emphasis moves away from ourselves and other people.
A personal relationship is just that. Personal. One on one with God. Not a fraternity or organization. Just a rise or fall all in all with God. It only happens by faith in Jesus the Christ. There is no other way. You mom and dad can not do it for you, and neither can any person who picks up a man made tittle such as a Priest, Rabbi or Pastor. The onus falls on us as individuals. The word states how can they know if someone does not tell them. The word also states that just looking at nature, mankind knows there is a God...a creator. Yes we as individuals need to share the good news of the finished work of the cross and that the lamb of God has come and taken away the sin of the world.
We could learn a lot from birds. Mother birds feed their babies and when the instinct kicks in they push them out of the nest and they fly. I am sure they are scared as hell, but they fly. In the shortest of time, they are relying upon their own instincts to survive as they have to hunt and beware of predators (Satan for us) that would come against us. Yet they do fine. They become adult birds quickly and from that point on they have personal responsibility. Never to return to what? The Nest. The mother has done her job.
We as Christians have the responsibility just as the mother bird. We share the Gospel which gives birth to new life. We should share basic life skills with the new babes in Christ. But there comes a point where we need to stop and allow them out of the nest per say. They feed themselves now. We just fellowship with them.
1 John 2: 28 27 The anointing you received from him abides in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. Instead, because his anointing teaches you about everything and is true and not a lie, abide in him, as he taught you to do. 26 25
The Holy Spirit resides in us
We are all Priests in Gods eyes in the new Covenant. 1 Peter 2:9 But you [are] a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; 10 who once [were] not a people but [are] now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.
The gifting of the Holy Spirit is for the edification of the body of Christ. I do not believe it is "positional". We are not all toes or hands or feet. But we do all have the same Spirit residing in us. I have in my own life experienced at times many of the Spiritual Gifts, but that does not define me as say a pastor or prophet etc. It simply means that I was open to the Holy Spirit using me in given situations. Some of the gifting was needed and I allowed the Holy Spirit to work through me. Nothing more, nothing less and God's glory, not mine. Think about it, you see a need, and it has to be addressed immediately. Do you say, well let me go get brother Joe or sister Sally, they are gifted in this area. Or do you go with the flow and allow God to minister through you?
Jesus stated in the Gospel of John that the words he spoke and the miracles he performed were not his but the words and deeds of the Father God doing them through him. Wow. Did Jesus say that? Yes he did. He also stated that we are the branches and he is the vine, so he will do the very same for us. He will give us the words and he will do the miracles within his guidance and will if we will just be an open vessel in peoples lives. Not little gods. Just a vessel. It is simple.
Do you want to know what God says for you in your life? Spend time with him then. There is no better way. You are a Priest today of the Gospel if you have received Jesus Christ as Savior. You are not a little baby bird anymore. You have been prodded out of the nest by Jesus. He did not leave you alone. The Holy Spirit is with you to comfort you and guide you. There is no confidence to be found from other people's opinions and words. They can not carry you. But, just as the bird instinctively knows, the Christian can and should because the same anointing resides in all.
Christianity is absolutely not about striving to be perfect or striving to be sinless. It is about relationship with Jesus Christ. The old dead covenant of law proved that no one could keep the law. It was a shadow of things to come. In Galatians it tells us that the law was once a tutor, but now that Christ has come, he has now become our tutor. It also states that the law is a curse to the Christian. How can that be? Because faith has now come. The righteous live by faith. It is simple really. Believe. Allow Jesus to live through you. Paul said to strive for one thing in life, to enter into the peace of the Gospel. Thats it. Jesus said that he no longer calls us servants, but friends. Wow. Think about that one. Friends.
Many people will offer up a question and it sounds good to many people. But is it the right question. Who are you in Christ? Sounds good on the outside, but it is really backwards in the Spiritual realm. Paul spoke of the Mystery of the Gospel. It was answered like this, "Christ in me, my hope of Glory". That is the mystery of the Gospel. Instead of fixing ourselves which man has never been able to do; and is the reason that Jesus gave atonement for mankind. Instead of trying to repair our ongoing failing self esteem, what should we do? Jesus said to be Holy as he is Holy. How would we do that?
That simply means, be complete as I am complete. Our holiness, righteousness is all found in him. It is not found in anything else. It is a God given place through the finished work of the cross. We can not attain it, but by his grace and mercy we have it. Christians are not sinners that are just forgiven. In Gods' word all Christians are viewed and called Saints. Go look it up. After the Gospels it is all over the place. Do we deserve it? Well that is what God's mercy and grace is all about. God's ways are not mans' ways.
Be complete...be blessed and enter into the peace of the Gospel. The answer is, who is Christ in you? Who is the Christ that is the vine that gives you life. Has all of your answers and meets all of your needs. That is the question you need to address. That is where it becomes about him and not about you. Otherwise we get caught up in trying to be somebody, trying to continually do to be accepted by God and feel worthy. No one is worthy. But the good news is, because of what Jesus did, in God's eyes if we only believe, we are considered worthy. That is awesome stuff. It is the truth. Do not put New Wine in old wine skins. The New Covenant of Grace does not mix with the old covenant law. It is its own covenant. The first was called a shadow of things to come. It was imperfect. But now the New Covenant is here and has replaced the old. Be Free.

I am sure that there is common ground with most people. There is always something that you could find if you dig deep enough, you can find something that you say... yes we both agree on this. Friendships need more than a place of common ground. In order to have a friendship that you can rely on, there needs to be many places of agreement; otherwise it is just an acquaintance, if even that.
I have a friend that is a Pastor. Great man. Really cares about people. We recently got into a disagreement over something. They have a little section in the lobby where they offer books for sale. A long time ago a friend of mine told me, never give out any books unless you have read them and can fully stand behind. Otherwise you are basically telling the person that you gave the book to that you are in agreement with the authors opinions.
Recently, I went I had been attending his little fellowship. I loved the people, and enjoyed some of it. To be honest I enjoy the home fellowships and am not cut out for the organized approach. I did it for 30 years, the past 10 I just could not. Many reasons. Anyway, over course of the last 3 months I had been going. Some of it was good, much of it painful. My background is that I do a lot of research on groups. One thing that I personally will not do is quote a person, that I do not for the most part agree with. Each week he was quoting these people from the Word of Faith system which most main stream do not accept as Christian Doctrine. The biggest issues of error is that most of them teach Jesus was the first man saved. That you can name it and claim it and God has to do it for you. Also that Jesus died spiritually and went to hell for three days when he clearly only died physically. He told the thief beside him, today you will be with me in paradise. So there was no hell experience for Jesus, other than on the cross.
We got into a discussion about all of this. In some venues it is ok to name names and in others perhaps it is not. I personally do not believe God's gifting is positional. However in the set up of the modern fellowship it is. What I understand is that if a person chooses to teach a group, they are held personally to higher standards, meaning they need to live up to what they are teaching. I think we all can agree that it is fair. The person also is responsible to make sure of wrong teachings coming into the group.
In our debate, I mentioned these things. I mentioned all of the books written by the Word of Faith people. That was basically the whole entirety of their little library. I call what I brought forth as discernment. He calls it judging. We are clearly told to test the spirits. To make sure that what is taught, what is said; is scripturally sound. It is just that simple. Jesus is God, part of the tribunal God Head. He is Lord. He is Savior. He is not a puppet to attain wealth by.
My friend said, why do I say that he is Word of Faith doctrine. He stated clearly that he is not. My thoughts are, if you are not, why would you have mostly their books in your library in the lobby for your flock to read? He is not the only person by far that does this type of thing. I can show people where John Hagee says that the Jews do not need Jesus as savior because they still have their own Covenant with God. I can show video of Paula White on a TBN fund raiser telling people that if they do not sign up to pay the $71 a month offering for a year that God will kill them. The list of insanity is long, yet people always come up with some sort of ignorant rebuttal and a mumbling about context. All of the evidence is there. The words are those people's words and not mine.
Yet because of false doctrine being pumped into peoples heads, many do not like to ever question a Pastor and his so called "ministry". The word clearly says to challenge and question. Truth always stands on its merit. The rest will always fail. I can give reasons for everything I have come to believe. But back to running with the dogs. The word warns us of the leaven of the bread, that if we do not stay up on things..disaster. The whole loaf of bread can be ruined by letting just a little bad enter in and spread. Warnings persist all over. Paul warned of false Jesus'. This prevalent today. We need to beware. We need sound doctrine in our lives, so that we can see and realize when the false Jesus is being taught.

There are are a lot of buzz words over the years and things people do that really miss the mark of truth. Someone comes up with a concept and all of a sudden it snowballs because it "sounds good". One of these old Charismatic catch words was "He's got the Spirit". This was in reference to someone who had experienced what is called the "Baptism in the Holy Spirit". But truth be known, anyone that has received Christs' forgiveness has the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, and with it the ability to walk in the gifts of the Spirit as needed and guided by the Holy Spirit. Otherwise it becomes elitism.
I could point to many scriptures regarding God is not a respecter of men and the such. Jesus did not die for just a celebrate few as the Calvinists believe and he doesn't play favorites. If he did, Jesus would not leave the 99 to rescue the one. It tells us we are no longer servants but friends. The truth is, in the New Covenant, all are grafted not into Judaism, but into Christ. Its that simple. We are all added that choose to believe. Christ is the head of all born again believers and not any man. When a man is, corruption begins. There would be no place to begin with all of that.
God is indeed tribunal. Father, and Holy Spirit. All point to Truth. Anything taught otherwise is man getting involved. When that happens the mess begins to transact. The Gospel is simple. Believe. Believe and you shall be saved. You are saved by faith and not by any work that you should boast. People so misunderstand what James is saying when he says faith without works is dead. Performers often point to this and construe it as a stance on salvation. All it really means is that when you are in Christ, its just a natural flow to do good works by the spirit. Be available and be spirit led. It doesn't mean because someone is stagnant in appearance to others, they are not saved.
Work out your salvation in fear and trembling. In the Spirit, you are saved. The obstacle for us is found in the Soul, which is the flesh. Our Mind, our Emotions, and our Will. The word says that God is Spirit and we are formed in his Image. This means our eternal being is our Spirit man that comes alive when we receive Christ. Another words we can cast down the strong holds in our mind and will and emotions. We have the mind of Christ. We are exhorted to renew our minds daily. But we are also told that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and might in the Holy Spirit. There is a distinct separation there.
The Apostle Paul said to strive for one thing. To enter into the peace of the Gospel. That is our place of rest. That's it. Don't strive to be perfect, or perform good works. Enter into peace of Jesus. Jesus said that the words he spoke and the miracles he did were NOT his but were the Father doing them THROUGH him. That in spiritual terms is called abiding. Jesus explained it by also stating that he is the vine and we are the branches and that we are to also abide in him. All life and all nutrition comes from the vine. Paul, as he matured made the statement that "It is no longer I that live, but Christ Jesus living through me. That is Christianity in a nutshell. Believe and allow him to live through you! Paul also said the Mystery of the Gospel is this. Christ in you, the hope of Glory.
Some people will tell you that you need to know who you are in Christ. Know your place in him. I believe the exact opposite. Know who Christ in you is. It is about him and not us. We will always have our ups and downs. Always fail in some manner. But of the end of the day it is about who he is in us. The word says we are righteous because of how good we have become right? No it says we are righteous before God because of what Jesus did on that cross. The reason Jesus came is because we can not do it. We need a savior.
Prayer. You do not have to be on your knees or in a closet to pray. We are told not to stand on street corners and shout our prayers out. We are told not to do our alms before men. I often wonder why people proclaim fasts when the scriptures plainly tell us to keep it to ourselves. Prayer is communication. What about the people who can not speak? God hears our thoughts as well as our spoken words. Scary isn't it? Our lives are in essence a continual communication with God. he knows the good and bad. Why else would he say that for us to even think something wrong is not that much different from having done it. So pray up right? If God counted sin against the believer, our salvation would be so on again off again that a super ball in a paint shaker would have better chance of Salvation than you or I.
What can you do to "make" yourself righteous? Think about it. If you could, would Jesus ever need come? No he would not. Our righteousness is only found in belief. Psychologists will always teach dealing with the esteem of a person. You can spend a whole lifetime chasing your own tail on that one. You can spend a whole lifetime trying to fix yourself, love yourself and hope others love you as well. The bible does not teach that. It teaches we are already filthy rags. So in essence you are trying to constantly wash yourself. That is what the Old Covenant was, all about trying to make yourself clean and acceptable when you could not. There was always a spot or blemish.
But there is good news. Relief exists. God says that if we believe on his , we are seen by him as righteous. We are considered complete and Holy in Gods eyes because of the sacrifice on that Cross that Christ called "finished". Complete. There is nothing to add. How much better to enter into completeness found in Jesus, as opposed to chasing our tails, which is futile. Yet done on a continual basis.
Do your need to be "prayed up" in order to remain your . Is their standing in your family based on something they can do to make it better? Or is it the fact that they were born to you and life is a journey with them. They can leave and not have you any longer in their daily life and....they are still your . Life is better when you do hear from them. God is the same way. When we receive Christ we are born into his family. Placed in the position that he always hoped for us to be. People who have 4 or 5 know the distinction in personalities and approaches to life. God gets all that too. The real peace in life for a Christian is found in knowing God loves them unconditionally. Despite our stupid failures from time to time. So, with that in mind, how destructive is it in a Christians life when they are continually taught that their standing is based upon how they perform?
Something to keep in mind. The Father of the Prodigal was always watching for his return. He saw him from a distance. He ran to him. Unfortunately innate in man is the position of the brother who instead of rejoicing at the return of the brother to fellowship that his father so dearly loved. The prodigal proclaimed how sorry he was, but the father never said don't do that again. Okay, I will let you back this time. He said, kill the fatted calf, get my a robe and a ring. God is not a task master. He is an understanding, loving father that loves much deeper than our understanding can follow. Maybe thats why we misunderstand him so much. Misunderstand the simplicity and Covenant of Grace, which is never "Cheap". Why? Because his sons' blood was the price. There is no price we can offer up to cover that. So as Paul stated best, strive to enter into the peace of the Gospel.

Across the Great Divide

There are a lot of people out there that see life many times as them being a square peg that tries to fit into the round hole of life. Try as they might, some things just do not work for them. It is not that unusual. There are many things that just do not mix. Life can seem like oil and water to people who see the emperor has no clothes. Yet they are being told, look at his feet. Yes he does.
With Knowledge comes responsibility. Today I am looking at the spiritual board of mans' organized fellowships. For me, it is my round hole. There is a problem with round holes in my opinion. Once you are in them, you can spin and easily be turned by the people that own the board you are placed in. The great thing about the person that thinks for themselves is that being a square peg, once you are in your spot, you are not moved. The edges lock you in place. You are the who always asks why. You have to have real reasons, it is impossible for you to just go along blindly because someone supposedly above you says so.
Ephesians 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the savior of the body.
1st Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
What is the church? It is the bride of Christ which means anyone that has been born again. Anyone that that believes Jesus the Christ is savior of the world. Its not the Assemblies of God, the Methodists, Baptists, Lutherans or whatever. It is the people. Jesus did not die for organizations. He died for people. Organizations do not have relationships with God, people do.
The Bible says in First Peter 2:5, “Ye also, as living stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.” Believers are compared directly to Jesus Christ in this verse because believers are called “living stones.” Those are the exact same words that were used to describe Jesus in the previous verse where He was called a “living stone.” God had one that He loved so much that God wanted to have many more like Him. One of the uses given to stones is that they are used to build buildings. The temple was made of stones, but the time came for the temple to be done away with. What would God have in place of the temple for His holy building?
The replacement for the temple is indicated in this verse when it says that you “are built up a spiritual house.” There is no longer a physical house. Now it is a spiritual house were God dwells. He dwells in His believers. Jesus said that this would happen: that the temple would be taken away and that something else would replace it.
In the Spiritual Church, where you are a living stone, you will always fit in. Because it is the things of God and not the things of man. Christ is your head and not a person. In fellowship there is gifting's. But that does not make them little lords over you. Instead it is supposed to be brothers and sisters that you can glean from. And in turn they can glean from you. fellowship. The body of Christ is quite simply a bride that does not reside within walls. The bride is the people, made without spot or wrinkle even now in God's eyes all because of what Jesus has done.
God loves us unconditionally.Nothing more need be said about his love for mankind.
HEBREWS 10:25 KJV
25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
While the Bible does warn us, in the above verse, not to forsake meeting together with other believers, it never tells us how often we should meet. Neither does it say when or where we should meet.
When we meet together, God did not intend for it to be just a ritual, but something beneficial.
It should be a time of fellowship, learning, sharing, giving, receiving, and spiritual encouragement. A time to build one another up by what the other members of the body supply.
1 CORINTHIANS 14:26 KJV
26 How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying.
Although nothing is more important than receiving teaching to help us understand and act on God's Word, that should not be the only reason we meet together.
When the Bible was written, the only way to hear anointed teaching of the Word was to physically gather together when a Bible teacher was present. But today we are not limited to a time or place, because of recorded media.
The reason for meeting together as believers is more than just to listen to someone else "preach" to you. You need to become involved.
A true "church meeting" does not require a large number of people. In fact, a smaller group is often best, as it is easier to share what you have and offer spiritual encouragement to others, as well as receive it yourself.
MATTHEW 18:20 KJV
20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
Even two believers discussing the Word during their lunch break is a valid expression of a "church meeting" according to this verse. Jesus promised us, as individual believers, He would never leave us. So, clearly this verse must mean Jesus expresses Himself in a special way, as members of His body meet together in His Name.
The New Testament refers often to believers meeting in their homes. There is no reason believers cannot meet anywhere: on a commute to work, at a restaurant, at an office, or even in a church building. The Bible sets no limitations.
Square pegs.... be encouraged. God is with you. Christ is your head and not any man. If you are discouraged by the organized machine that is always upon demand, do not let it make you lose your hope. Do not feel like you have to be a part of Christianity that is based in business. It is not the worst thing in the world. Certainly not the best. Make time to meet with Christian friends. Share what God is doing in your life. Listen to what God is doing in theirs. Encourage one another in the faith.
Spend time with the Holy Spirit daily. Give to people as God leads. Share your time and money as God leads.
1st John 2:nd is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you abide in Him. These things I have written to you concerning those who are trying to deceive you. This is the promise which He Himself made to us: eternal life. As for you, let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the and in the Father.
But be of good courage. Fellowship with the people God puts in your life. You have everything you need
Hebrews 13:5 Make sure that your character is free from the love of money, being content with what you have; for He Himself has said, "I WILL NEVER DESERT YOU, NOR WILL I EVER
Hebrews 12:2 Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
God Loves You. You do not have to fit in, just abide in him. Allow him to live through you

the dynamics do not always reflect the core

As an athlete gets into their mid 30's they may still look the same on the outside for the most part, but the central part of them, known as the core goes through a transition as the rigors of their profession that wears on them to the point that although they look good on the outside, the inside may not be in as good of shape as people viewing them may think. That is why you will find many athletes today in rigorous off season training to try and strengthen their core and prolong their athletic careers.
To the layman, things appear to be OK on the outside as they look at the person. There are some athletes that lose very little in performance because they attend to the specifics inside at the center of who they are. The dynamics are on the outside. Usually visual and performance experienced by our eyes and mind.
Marriage is the same way. The attraction and the burning of the two twigs that desire to be one twig burning as one. The special attractions that transform two people that would be just friends to the burning intimacies of the beauty of marriage. That is the dynamics. Dynamics always need to draw off of the core. The root of person that in the natural nakedness of life can not be hidden. For the dynamics to be complete and last a lifetime instead of fizzling out, the core must be true to itself. It must nurture and maintain the truth of who it is. In the persons part, They need to realize the emotional dynamics of their union goes beyond what appears and delves deeply into what is. The Truth will always drive the core, and the core will always either flame the dynamics, or it will put the flame out.
In everyday life, what we believe is true will drive us. Things that we choose to see will be our dynamics in our outlook towards politics and in our spiritual lives. Faith is the driving force in whether or not we believe in Jesus. In that faith is hope. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not yet seen. Our hope for eternal life and to be with the Father God is based in our Hope which is our core and out of that, Faith becomes the dynamic which is continually flamed by hope. It is a beautiful thing. But the core has to be about truth.
In the marriage, it can be destroyed if the core of who a person is does not remain true. The flame can not burn if the substance that burns is no longer flammable and has changed. That is why as we get older, just as the athletes, we must remain true to our core values. We must exorcize them by remaining true and using them in our everyday lives. The dynamics such as saying I love you to a spouse, only means as much as the actions you will find accompanying them on a day to day basis.
People are not going to be perfect. Yet truth is what should be basis of ones trust in a person, whether as a friend or a leader that you may believe in. In the Spiritual realm, God states that he holds those who choose to be leaders and teachers to a higher standard to live up to what they teach and be responsible for doing so in a Godly manor. You could say the same thing in a marriage. You have given your life and trust to your partner and the standard is raised in how they need to represent themselves for you and you them. The most intimate trust and actions are found in marriage. Marriage as God intended.
Finally the dynamics of the world. They say all of these things. But are they true? The bible speaks about the tickling of ears. Apparently it is a warning about people saying what they think you want to hear. That is where you have to really look at their actions to see if they are liars or sincere. Proof is always in the pudding. So many people embrace the dynamics without understanding the core. It takes effort and honesty to see a real core. If we just go by our ears tickled, we will be fooled. But the truth is found in the core. It is who they are. Most people are happy with the words and want to trust in that. The dynamics can fool you, but the core never will. But you have to look at the core with intellectual honesty.

the dynamics do not always reflect the core

Today I was on my way home from the fellowship @ Liv It Church. I enjoy the people there although hanging out in a group setting, singing, standing and listening is not my idea of a real fun time. So why do I go? I just believe God wants me to. It is just that simple, plus some of the people that I have met there are precious souls. A dear friend Pastors it. But overall, I enjoy a much less formal scene. Its good, but I prefer solitude over group settings.
.
Forever. That is a long time. I love life here even though it can be crazy and frustrating. The challenges can leave one throwing their hands up in the air and just saying at the top of our lungs, God Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And perhaps in the same breath, life can also bring us to our knees as we fall down and worship him for the beauty we experience in life. God created us this way. He made us passionate. He is much more understanding than we think he is. In our failures he loves us, and in our greatest triumphs it is the same thing. He lives in us as born again believers, and is with us in all things. To God be thanks.
.
I Have never understood fatality thinking in this life. The thoughts of I can't wait until the get out of the house. The thoughts of man, I can't wait until Jesus comes back. Be careful what you ask for. Do you realize what a gift this is? I lost my mom and dad over 30 years ago in a 3 year span to Cancer. I went from a close knit family to all alone. From knowing I was loved; to wishing I was. There have been so many times since 1976 that I wished I could have shared with my mom. She never saw my , who is my greatest gift and greatest friend here on earth. The same with my dad who died 3 years later in 1979.
.
I love God, he is always in my thoughts and in a form of communicative prayer continually. But I can not see him or touch his face. I can feel his presence. He is like the wind, I can experience his presence, but the only way that I can experience him is through all of his creations. Fellowship with brothers and sisters is important. It is getting together and singing our Fathers praises and sharing his intimate love for us. He is in every detail of our lives, just as good parents are.
.
If I could and I know it is impossible, I would stay here with my loved ones forever. I would experience God in my everyday life just as it is. That is what I would do. I have many special people here that I interact with on face book. People that I dearly cherish in life. But above all, my is my greatest gift to me from God. I love him. I am proud of him, and I would never wish to experience life outside of him. Its impossible, but it is just how I have always felt. I do not believe that places God in a bad spot in ones life. Contrare, he gives us our family. The greatest love that we can show love is not what found in what we give others, a ministry to the world or any finances we put forth. The greatest way we can love God is by loving our family.
.
The depth of your spiritual relationship is not found in old sayings like God helps those who helps themselves. Thats not in the bible. It is not an evidence of what a person puts in any collection plate. You will not find that in any scripture either. The fact of the matter is, God says that we will know them by their Love for one another. That is a far cry from getting caught up in material things. It certainly is a lot to think about.
The Bible in the Gospel of John tells us, God is a Spirit and in order to worship him, we must worship him in spirit and truth. It also tells us that we are formed in his image. So what is real is our Spirit. It is eternal. Its not our body. The word also speaks of the flesh, which is better called our soul that is made up of our mind, emotions and will. This part of us is the part that struggles many times as we do not always wish to be in tune with the things of the Spirit. Fellowship with God and with other believers empowers us to desire the things of God. There are many examples. The bible tells us that we have the mind of Christ when we are born again. It also tells us to daily renew "our" minds. Just as Jesus had two natures on this earth (body and divine), so do we. Our mind and the mind of Christ.
.
This is my dilemma. I love it here. I personally believe all of our spirits have their own set of Characteristics. So in heaven they say there is no marriage. The more that I think on that, the more I believe since the spirit is eternal, it is what is saved. God is Spirit. Our soul, which is our mind, emotions and will are temporal. I enjoy that part of life. I enjoy the people, and my family. This is temporal. I truly believe this. Oh, yeah we will know each others Spirits. I am sure we can rejoice together someday. But if God gave me a choice, I would be married to someone here forever and always be around the people that I love that he has blessed me with in life.
.
I do not like getting older. I do not like watching people die. Heaven for me would be as I described above. Oh yeah, one can say that you just do not understand how great Heaven will be someday. I would tell you if I could be 35 forever on this earth with family and friends, that would be my Heaven. Sharing everyday life with the blessings which I deeply appreciate. I do not spend my life thinking, come quickly Jesus. He is already in my heart. he is the author and finisher of my faith. I do not go around chasing prosperity or perhaps the promotions in life. I am content in what he has given me now, as well as the future blessings.
.
My life consists of not striving to find this special niche' or to chase after what I think would be great. Instead it is about keeping an ear open to hearing the Holy Spirit speak to me as he brings people and opportunities in my path.I think it is a good thing. It is why i wish I could live forever.....here.

I am a bottom line person. For awhile now I have maintained that America more than likely may be through. There was a youtube a guy put up of his cat that used to flush the toilet all day long and just watch the water swirl in the bowl as it went down the drain. That cat just seemed to interested in watching the process over and over and over again. I may not watch all the time, but I can hear it in my spirit as America splinters the Constitution and pieces of it get disrespected and slowly the very fibers of it vanish a little more each day.
.
Sometimes we have our little outbursts in life, and on the surface a person may scratch their head and wonder how we could react to what has happened in the way that we do. Truth be told, many times the reaction was more about pent up frustrations from other things that come out because it just has to, and the valve that opened was not even the valve meant for it. It was just there. But it had to come out. Yeah we shake our heads because we know it wasn't about what happened, it was about other things. The inevitable became a reality.
.
I have a question. How many people even know what the spending is going to be here in America this year? From what I understand it is going to be 3.8 Trillion dollars. Not Billion. Trillion. That is a lot of money is it not? It is beyond my grasp to be honest. Does anyone know how much our revenue is going to be this year? (money the Government takes in) From what I understand, the revenue of the United States will be 2.2 Billion. Well my math is not fuzzy. That leaves a 1.6 Trillion dollar deficit just for one year. To put this in perspective, under the Bush years, our whole budget was less than the deficit that is happening just this year. Think about that for a minute. Do you realize how insane this is. Seriously.
.
Lets try another perspective. How would you live your life if you had only about 57% of the money you needed to function off of for the next year? You have your mortgage for your home, your car payment, utilities, food, gas for your car and maintenance's as well as basic needs such as clothing. However for the year you had added many things you just wanted or perceived as a right that you should have and it put you 43% over your means? You have no way of possibly paying this, and yet you still forge forward carelessly. How do you pay for this. It is simple you can not. Now in the private sector you would have to prioritize or you would lose everything eventually.......most would prioritize because they want a place to live and a car to drive. Common sense would win out, albeit a mess.
.
Ok, lets deal with what is at hand. Our Country is insanely spending, borrowing at 46 cents on the dollar. As it is, I have read that right now each person in America has to pay $2000.00 a year just on the interest. Not everyone is a tax payer. That $2000.00 is just for interest, not paying down any deficit. Sound gloomy? It is gloomy. It is more out of control than the mind can gauge, unless of course you have actually dealt with this sort of stuff.
.
Here in Florida, Rick Scott has been making actual budget cuts that actually make a difference in the annual budget and cause things to be fiscally responsible and sound. Things that effect the actual budget for Florida. Mitt Romney inherited a 3 Billion a year operating budget deficit. He like Rick Scott cut into things. Cut into areas where he could. He cut 341 social programs, under prioritization to bring his states budget to 1% in the black in 2 years. That is being responsible. It is being smart. It is how a person in the private sector would balance their lives as well.
.
Wow, 1.65 trillion in arrears for just one year. Once gain more than the budgets in the past administration. Are we really grasping this? I do not think so. The goal for the Republicans was to cut 100 Billion dollars out of the Budget that is 1.6 Trillion over our revenue. That would be easily spoken as 1/16th. Even with that 1/16, it is still a disaster of economic proportions is it not? That is like looking at a mess and deciding you will be able to part with your flying lessons for a year and keep all the other stuff going that you can not afford. One thing you can not do that the government can do, is print more money.
.
In the day, when things were balanced in thinking, we had a gold standard. The money we had was backed by Gold which has great value. What goes on today is like writing checks way beyond what our bank account holds. If we did this, we would have a new partner in a little room that restricted us from the rest of the world because it would be considered a criminal offense. It is criminal what is going on. But who are the police of our government. Who can hold them to the standards we as citizens are held to everyday.
.
We were talking $100 billion dollar cuts originally for this years unbelievable deficit. Somewhere along the way, this ended up being 38.5 Billion. People who claim to be Conservatives are applauding this deal. Applauding John Boehner for doing well against the insanity of the Democrats. It is at this point that I bring in Mark Levin. He and his good friend Neil Cavuto got into a discussion on Fox news. Mark Levin was in his own way livid about how bad all of this really was. Neil kinda felt he was being too harsh. Many reports out thought it was this great victory. Mark Levin, in his day in President Reagans office has been around budget making. He knows the ins and outs of how the game is played. He also has insiders at this point in offices in the US Government who tell him what a document says if he needs to know.
.
Mark Levin initially came out and stated that he was not sure, but perhaps half of that 38.5 Billion dollar deal is not even in this years budget and is in other years. The more that has been coming out has been proving this to be true. We shall see. My does much better research than I do. He takes time to validate sources. From what he has shared with me, the cuts are not cuts because the deficit is increasing by $300 Billion this year, so it can not be considered a cut. At best it is a slight decrease in the increase of debt spending. he is right.
.
I have added a visual, this is Michael Rameriz Cartoon that shows what this $38.5 Billion amounts to in the part of the whole pie we have. It is very minimal. His cartoon actually shows what was presumed to be the deal, before one was struck. It is a crumb. That is what has taken place. To further put this in perspective, it has also been stated that $54 Billion has been added to our debt in the last eight days. So.......chopping off $38.5 Billion is a victory how? Even if the original goal of $100 Billion would have been met, it was only a 46% gain off of 8 days... How many days in a year? 365.
.
Some are calling those who stand up, such as myself extreme. But less than 1% has been addressed of a deficit for one years spending that is more out of control than all the Presidents spending combined in History. Who is going to pay for this? Perhaps a better question is how? What is extreme in all of this is that nothing at all was really accomplished. It is an embarrassment to common sense. It is extremely naive to think attacking a problem at less than 1% is even a moral victory. What point of this are people missing? How can anyone look at this and cheer? I fear it is too late. This action is absurd. It would still be absurd at $1 Trillion in cuts. This is insane. And people who point this out are called insane?

I have been doing further research on the Massachusetts healthcare When Mitt Romney took over, he was told by the state politicians in office, they were going to have state healthcare. They stated there was nothing he could do to stop it. He spent a year preparing his own plan, which was rejected by the legislature.
The legislature came up with their own plan. Now what In was not sure of before, I have confirmed that he did veto many things they had in the Mass healthcare plan. In due process there comes a point where after veto's, a bill must be signed and that is what took place. It had to be signed. Signing it in due process as a Governor does not make it your plan. It is a propcess.
Now, when people use the word socialized medicine, a conservative will cringe. What the person cringing also needs to realize is the constitution. Under the Constitution is found "States Rights". This of course means that a state has a right to determine what it wants to do. Massachusetts wanted Socialized medicine. Their legislature brought in a plan. In due process after veto's, it has to be signed. That is just how it is. It is how it works.
Intellectual honesty. Looking at the plan that was signed, what he did get to have removed, and what was done to the bill after he left office has everything to do with what it is today. Intellectual honesty would show, he didnt write it, he wasnt around when it was altered. He had to sign it.
Rudy Gulliani says he is for gun control, he also was for abortion. He also stated he would not force his mindset of those opinions on America which is fair enough. Drawing a distinction.
Mitt Romney has stated that he has never been for Nationalized Heath care. He has stated that it should be on a state to state basis and that what works in one state may not in another. The state of Massachusetts favors their health care, right or wrong, by 67%. That is their right. Under constitutional law. People need to get over it and respect it. They do not have to be right to be within the parameters of the intended law. The law is that States can determine on a state to state basis many things.
Mitt Romney also has stated if he were President, his first action would be to give all 50 states waivers on the Obamacare. He stated that would fend it off until it could be formally repealed. What more can we ask? That is what 70% of America wants, to repeal Obamacare.
He gets called a flip flopper? He changed his mind on Abortion one time, from pro to Anti. How many others have changed their mind.... once. That is not flip flopping.
Mitt is not the only problem solver in America that has done great things. Rick Scott is another one. But, I do not believe you will find anyone with the Presidential resume' that Mitt has. Taking any state, let alone a liberal state from 50th in unemployment to 11th nationally in his term is phenomenal. Cutting 341 social programs, to balance a $3 Billion a yr state operating budget deficit to 1% in the black is unbelievable; given he Governed an entitlement state. That alone shows proven tough leadership, and problem solving ability. The Governors in Ohio and Wisconsin are taking great strides in repaing the runaway trains in their states.
Now, look at Mitt's prowess in the business private sector. he is called the greatest Businessman in North America. He has grown big business chains, helped others when asked to. He stepped in when asked to and fixed the fiscally failed Olympics. They offered to pay him $800,000.00 and he turned it down.
America almost failed after Jimmy Carters spending had America printing money at a rate of 12%. Today we are printing money at 120% due to Obama's insane spending. That is 10 times what Carter did and we had high inflation, unemployment and interest rates because of Carter. Now it is as many say, Carter on Steroids.
It took President Reagan almost 6 years to fix the high inflation, high interest rates and insane unemployment brought on by Carters spending which is a pittance compared to the present insanity. There is no room for error this time. No learning on the job for the next President. If that is the case, America as we know it will not only fail, but fold.
I do not see any candidate out there with the private sector success, coupled with the political executive experience and proven success of Mitt Romney. I do not present him as perfect. i do present him as proven in our greatest need, the economy. Socialism takes over when the people have to be saved by the government. The bankrupting of America has to be stopped.
Mitt is against abortion. Against tax dollars spent on illegal aliens. He is for securing the borders. He is for the war against terror. That is more than good enough for me. He isnt perfect, but he is perfect for the need at hand facing America. Proven commodity in Government and the Private sector.
