the university that is holding my graduate degree hostage contacted me again. they have finally given me the ok to take a spiritual direction class for my final missing credit hour.
they STILL want me to do TWO interview, which is way down from DOZENS.
all seems to be forgiven about the supposed 'serious' online harrassment case.
maybe i will get my degree after all.

God's Garage Greenhouse Plans

i did these in corel draw. they are to scale.
i have made some modifications to the area to the garage roof to incorporate solar panels and storage that are not shown here. originally, i wanted to do the whole roof in polybicarb sheets, but that would have doubled the cost. those are the ones shaded in blue. i am still not sure what i am going to do there, i don't want to build a wooden roof, it will take a lot more structural work.
i am hoping i can find some cheap 2 x 4 plastic or vinyl panels....or maybe that wavey fiberglass stuff they use on shed roofs.

NFP greenhouse

i have decided to put a greenhouse on my roof. god's garage is officially a federal not for profit, and i want to try to find a way to make the greenhouse belong to the garage rather than to me as property owner. that way it will get all the grants and free money it needs, and also it will always belong to the church even when i am dead.
the roof is mostly flat. it is actually 3 roofs. one over the garage garage in the back, another over the church church in the front, and a third over the residential portion in the center where i live. evidentally, the middle portion was once a brick bungalow that was modified to put the church and the garage on. it has half of a slightly pitched roof and an attic. that is where i want to put the greenhouse.
i want to lift the roof, put the greenhouse on the floor of the attic, and then put a new glass roof on that. as i understand it, i should be able to get the government to match any funds i spend on this. i have just over $10G earmarked for this. i should be able to do it on that, but if the fed matches me it will be fantastic.
one of my ulterior motives here is that said greenhouse will give me easy acess to the roof. i want to put a deck on the garage roof, there is no yard here and it could be my yard. i can get up there now, but i have to crawl thru a hatch and climb down onto the garage. if i get to build this greenhouse the way i plan, it will have a door onto the garage deck.
another motive is that there is money in growing indoors in the city. i have a friend that is making bank on flowers in a greenhouse. i will reseaerch it and find out what seems to fit best, but i am looking at this as i sort of part time job for me too. i have too much time on my hands.

i have double digit hotlists here, and EVERY SINGLE ONE of them is a thirty-something. that can't be just a coincidence. it must be that i am radiating something that younger women need.
either that, or they think i have money 
i especially like the butt picture attached to this post. this is actually one of the 30-something that has hotlisted me. this is my FAVORITE one.

they only service this website on the weekends. this is a ghost town.
i purchased my silver membership almost a year ago and i STILL do not have blog pictures.
they were really prompt about taking pictures away, but they are not going to get up off of them.
