Jeremiah, i don't know what it is about you but the need to get the last word in is basic phycology 101. I watched you tear people apart over a simple thing so mundane.. Next will be condemnation for someone who writes about walking their dog. Where's you Christian heart? Are you happy at all? You seem intelligent but maybe its all cut and paste theology. I really believe you owe at least one person(s) here an apology. I replied to your comment and maybe you should reread my response. I moved to a higher level of listening. I'm listening to the Bible only. The BIBLE! The Listener's Bible which fills my heart spiritually, emotionally, and it feels like i'm one on one with the Holy Spirit...It's Awesome! This will be my last response to anything you have to "get in" before the door closes. Where's your humility? God has blessed you with intelligence but you use it so unwisely. REPENT, apologize, and make a friend or two as you are part of the Church as well...I think? What a waste of your time and knowledge when you can do so much good. You can DO SO MUCH GOOD! I will pray for you. I don't hate you. I hate what you do to innocent people...God Bless and i love Ya man!

I hope you don't take a secular song exerted in the soul, add Christian/Biblical words and use it to win the lost or evangelism?
There is nothing in the world un-sanctifying that God can use for His sanctified people. Nothing.

What is it you don't understand?:
Jeremiah...I once listened to a song called "Shot in the dark" by of all people...Ozzy Osborne. I wondered why would Ozzy Osbourne would sing about God. I didn't research it because i was an early fan and GAVE ALL THAT UP. I wasn't going to try research to read the lyrics. Inadvertently i was singing "Talking to God" which my brother caught me, laughed and explained that's not what he was singing. I have this knack to "switch" everything over to Christ since i was a . It was the beat and i was glorifying Christ with it. I know you don't agree or understand but that's what happens. God gives us gifts or tools to use to grow. There were songs i shut down immediately to not listen to again that offended my senses immensely. I have reached a DIFFERENT LEVEL now where i finally finished what i set out to do for myself where i describe this. No more rock and roll. Just the Word, me and God...Period! I come alive in the Spirit, mentally, physically, and emotionally...For me its awesome. For others its probably dull...For others i'll probably be MISJUDGED by it. But me and God knows whats going on and no man can take that away from Us. What is in me is more powerful than what is in this world. Judgmental people are just that...Judgmental! I'm very comfortable about my personal relationship with Christ to the point where now close friends and family are quietly distancing themselves from me but NOT being disrespectful. They don't have a relationship with Christ, at least not publicly, some due to shyness which mentally can cripple some people! Also its hard to really know a person on a website. There is no "Real" interaction. Just a one dimensional way of knowing someone....GBU

I Reinvented PowerWalking with God

After four years of being inept at downloading anything audible such as music onto a Sports Headset, MP3 player, etc. I finally found and finished what i set out to do. I like to "PowerWalk" with preset radio stations. Some Christian stations but mostly rock and roll full blast to get me moving. The odd thing about the rock and roll station is i was always thinking and walking with Christ believe it or not! I've bought an MP3 player a couple of years ago. Started to learn and as usual got distracted with life's issues and it was put back on the shelf once more. The same thing with walking except if i was serious about the walking which i was in the past and should know better i was using the typical excuses we as humans use. For me, walking gets me so spiritual, it makes me feel its just Him and me, it makes me feel younger and so alive. So in love with Christ. I know it sounds silly for most but this happens to me!!
My past couple of months in my life could be described by some as horrendous but i simply don't feel that way. I did regrettably lose my temper but was very temporary of which i begged God's forgiveness. With all that's happened to me (personal, financial,etc.)including the axle and tire coming off in Georgia, flying across three lanes in heavy traffic unscathed while sparks showered the entire highway God was there once more for me. It wasn't luck, it was God! I knew God had His hand in this some way some how as well as the following:
For the last four years i've been trying to find the right audible Bible. I purchased several and finally found the right narrator i love but i wanted it setup where i can just push "play" and just listen without constantly clicking "next" or changing disc's, etc. And please, NO offense, but without the reference points such as John 3:16, etc. before each verse. I have many venues of studying the Bible and this is just another choice i made. I just want to hear God's Word without interruption. Period!
I think half the population of teenagers out there probably could have set all this up for me in less than an hour. Maybe? But i didn't discover this narrator until recently. The other narrator is great but has a very monotone voice, almost robotic. Constantly changing CD's wasn't what i was looking for either. So i'm thinking again this must be God's timing once more in my life not my timing.
After playing with micro cards, flash drives, not enough gigabytes, not enough time!!, constantly interrupted with life, obligations, on and on how to organize the files of the Bible so they are in chronicle order, to play continuously without having to hit the "next" button, to just Play!, to start where i want it to, i reinvented the word "PowerWalking"......Laughing
This is such a big deal for me and i've made up backup copies immediately..lol. I would be still screaming if i got a power failure during the last minutes before finishing this..LOL
I give God all the glory and thanks because the upcoming weeks will be very hectic in ALL aspects of my life. Its so nice to get the time, comfort, counsel, Discipline from the Holy Spirit. And now i have another "tool" to deal with life and its called "PowerWalking"....laughing
Happy New Year everyone here on BigChurch. I pray your new year will be healthy, prosperous, and close to Christ as one can get from this big blue ball we call home.......I'm going for a walk......later dudes and dudettes!

Finally have time to start blogging again but as time will have it, i am going up to Sarasota for a seminar with LG Electronics this morning. Please feel free to ask for friend requests. I miss you people and looking forward to blogging again. It helped me tremendously with my spirituality with Christ and nothing will ever interfere with that again. God Bless ALL of you, Miss Ya, and I Love Ya,
