God is faithful...

God is faithful, no matter what! Whether it's a bump in the road, or a storm in your path, God is our Rock....our foundation. He is there to carry us, He is there to reassure us, He is there to give us strength. Storms are a normal part of life, no one likes to go through them, but this is God's way of strengthening us, refining us, molding us to who we are in him.
so next time you are going through a storm, get his Word out, start declaring, Play that Worship music and begin to praise him and you will see how our Savior will carry you and restore you!

In Jesus name! Amen!

Dont let seeking too too much for something better in life, lead you to a life of confusion.

Devil is definitely working overtime to get us to get our eyes off of Jesus!

Lately i have been meeting, even Christians, that have been curious about other religous orginzations, that have started reading their "bibles". These Christians are curious to find out about these other religons or cults and are looking for something more than what Jesus has, and to my surprise, they actually compromised the bible, and started thinking that "we do all serve the same God just different names". Even Christians have decided to accept things from other religons. Dont let the devil deceive you. Sometimes we are a little too curious, that we tend to compromise Christianity and start opening the door to what is not of God. Then we start letting in confusion and our eyes are no longer focused on Christ. Be very careful, and dont be too curious. Remember curousity killed the cat.
The fact is that when we compromise God, it gives the devil an open door to start changing the way we think. And by the time you know it, you no longer believe Jesus is Messiah...and then your life becomes darken and hardened.
Lately, I have been invited to learn about other religons, especially muslims; I bought a book home from the library thinking this is something God wanted me to learn, and then when i was going to open it to read it. The HOlyspirit grieved and I felt a desire NOT to read it. I decided that I dont need to be curious of any religon, but the one True living God...My Lord and SAvior Jesus Christ. I wont be deceived. So becareful.....dont be too open minded. The devil will come in with lies, and get you to start thinking differently of Jesus. Next thing you know you will say " Jesus was only a prophet" when we know He is the of God and our Lord and SAvior.
God bless you....

The other day, a customer that comes in every so often, came in to my job. I havent seen him in a while and said " Hi Mr. Smith, Nice to see you again", He went over to the next cashier, as He passed me back to say bye, He asked me if i Was Christian and I said Yes, He says "I can tell by your Christian Smile". Well, i tell you, I am not perfect and yes I go through things...but one thing I know for sure is that I am in love with My Savior Jesus Christ and it shows even in my Smile.

Has anyone ever told you, you have something Christian about you?

All Eyes on Christians!

Christians always seem to have stood out of the crowd, with God's Glory written all over your face. A Love like no other, different in it's Glorious light. People are looking at you, looking to see how you will stand in times like this, how will you react...will "your" God come through?.

You know, I remember the other day, I tolda co worker, how glad I was that my finances were coming to better ground and how grateful i was. My co-worker, a catholic, tells me " really? I wouldve never have thought you were so stressed?!" That's amazing, after a stressful last 6 months..due to my own stupidity not the economy. Well, that revealed to me, how gracious and awesome our God works when we stand on His Word and rely totally on him.

Christians stand out, and there is no wonder why....Jesus lives in us, carries us, helps us and gives us strength. In the midst of the storm, there is HIs peace. When all seems crazy, we are calm. The fact is in a time when all others are looking unto other Gods or their method of solving things, Our Lord and SAvior comes through gracefully! I am so glad we have Jesus! an Amen to that!

God bless...

Working the Word in tough times like this...

The Lord has placed in my heart a reminder of the Promises He promises us in His Word. Yes, times seem tough, but God never changed. His Word is still the same. If we just be a doer of the Word, instead of focusing on poor me, then we will reap the benefits. Trust in HIm and Know that HE is God! Malachi 3:10-12 speaks on opening up the windows of Heaven upon us. Well, we need to work the Word and trust in His Word.

What are you doing during these tough times? Worrying, Crying, Panicking?, when in return you should be trusting in the Lord and doing as His word says. You should be praising him during these storms, worshipping His Holiness, and digging deeper into HIs Word. Jesus should be your focal point. Psalm 91 speaks on how a thousand could fall on one side and ten thousand on the other and it will not come near you.

Trust, faith and Obedience......He will never let you down.

Fw: Florida Court Sets Atheist Holy Day

True or not this is good!

In Florida , an atheist created a case against the upcoming Easter and
Passover holy days.
He hired an attorney to bring a discrimination case
against Christians, Jews and observances of their holy days.
The

argument was that it was unfair that atheists had no such recognized days.

The case was brought before a judge.
After listening to the passionate
presentation by the lawyer, the judge banged his gavel declaring,

"Case dismissed!"

The lawyer immediately stood objecting to the ruling saying, "Your honor,
how can you possibly dismiss this case? The Christians have Christmas,
Easter and others.
The Jews have Passover, Yom Kippur and Hanukkah,
yet my and all other atheists have no such holidays.
" The judge
leaned forward in his chair saying, "But you do.
Your , counsel, is
woefully ignorant.."

The lawyer said, "Your Honor, we are unaware of any special
observance or holiday for atheists.
"

The judge said, "The calendar says April 1st is April Fools Day.

Psalm 14:1 states, 'The fool says in his heart, there is no God.
'
Thus, it is the opinion of this court, that if your says there is no
God, then he is a fool. Therefore, April 1st is his day. Court is adjourned.

You got to love a judge that knows his scripture.

Dont make God a promise if you cant keep, the consquences are deep.

Remember that old saying dont make a promise if you cant keep it, well, i was looking through the bible and saw this passage on making promises. Apparently God doesnt like it when we make promises and dont keep it...and apparently it gets him pretty mad. If you made a promise to the Lord, remember what you said , ask for forgiveness and repent of forgetting or being disobedient and then do what you said you were going to do. Let's becareful what we say, apparently God listens and takes to heart everything! God bless!

Ecclesiastes 5
Approaching God with Care

1 [a]As you enter the house of God, keep your ears open and your mouth shut. It is evil to make mindless offerings to God. 2 Don't make rash promises, and don't be hasty in bringing matters before God. After all, God is in heaven, and you are here on earth. So let your words be few.

3 Too much activity gives you restless dreams; too many words make you a fool.

4 When you make a promise to God, don't delay in following through, for God takes no pleasure in fools. Keep all the promises you make to him. 5 It is better to say nothing than to make a promise and not keep it. 6 Don't let your mouth make you sin. And don't defend yourself by telling the Temple messenger that the promise you made was a mistake. That would make God angry, and he might wipe out everything you have achieved.

7 Talk is cheap, like daydreams and other useless activities. Fear God instead.

During tough times we must be more in the word than ever...

Unfortunately tough times are also hitting home for us Christians. But this is the time when we must stand our ground and stay in the word and in prayer. If we were to stop and take our eyes off of God then we will be like the rest of the world, the unbelievers, that are truly down and out. So, i feel in my spirit to remind each of you, that not to look at the circumstance, look beyond it with faith and know that God has not left us. Read His word, so that our strength comes from him.

God bless you!
Dont ever give up, God is with us today, tomorrow and always!

Was your vote justified by the Almighty God, did you vote on biblical principals, or did you vote on circumstances? Many people voted becuz they were scared, thinking this new president will wave his magic wand and make miracles happen. The biblical fact is that, God is the only one that can change anything, God is the beginning and the end, he is in control. So why then if Christians, read it inthe bible...mark 11:23, psalms 91, and many other scriptures, that we are cover, that we wont fall, He even gives us authority to cast mountains out, then why did they vote for the deceiver? Why? .....as the bible says, My People perish for lack of knowledge. As Jesus said right before He committed His spirit on the cross, " FAther forgive them, for they know not what they are doing"

Amen.

This was forwarded to me.

A prayer for the financial crisis

You Have Our Attention, Lord
A prayer by Max Lucado - October 2008

Our friends lost their house
The co-worker lost her job
The couple next door lost their retirement
It seems that everyone is losing their footing

This scares us. This bailout with billions.
These rumblings of depression.
These headlines: ominous, thunderous -
"Going Broke!" "Going Down!" "Going Under!" "What's Next?"

What is next?

We're listening. And we're admitting: You were right.

You told us this would happen.
You shot straight about loving stuff and worshipping money.
Greed will break your heart, You warned.
money will love you and leave you.
Don't put your hope in riches that are so uncertain.

You were right. money is a fickle lover and we just got dumped.

We were wrong to spend what we didn't have.
Wrong to neglect prayer and ignore the poor.
Wrong to think we ever earned a dime. We didn't. You gave it. And now, tell us Father, are You taking it?

We're listening. And we're praying.
Could you make something good out of this mess?

Of course You can. You always have.
You led slaves out of slavery,
Built temples out of ruins,
Turned stormy waves into a glassy pond and water into sweet wine.
This disorder awaits your order. So do we.

Through Christ,
Amen

God will always give what is right to His people who cry to Him night and day, and He will not be slow to answer them. (Luke 18 NCV)
