Prayer needed... please and thanks!!! Over the next few days I will be on a men's Walk to Emmaus retreat which is a 72 hour experience to help others... There are some 25 pilgrims that I and 100's of others will be serving in some capacity to see that their walk is the best it can be... I am asking for prayer for the men that are taking this walk for the first time... their families in which they will be without for a few days... the sponsors that are helping with the families... the background and conference room servants... and all those that are serving by coming and impacting things like the opening and closing ceremony's... and Saturday nights candlelight... and the women's walk that take's place next weekend... and all of the other emmaus communities that are all around our world!!! I will be giving one of the 15 talks on Sunday morning at 930am... please pray that God will use me to teach others of His will about changing our world, not mine!!! I will praise and honor God!!! Will definitely pray for an outpouring of God's Spirit and for his anointing to be upon you and the others who will be speaking and ministering to this time...look forward to hearing some praise reports. I was suppose to go a couple years ago. I was ALL signed up. They really do NOT like taking single ladies, they like taking husbands one weekend and wives the next but, agreed to accept me. I left that church in the meantime that was going to sponsor me and when I got my letter to attend I called hte pastor and he said, because I did NOT attend his church any more, he did not feel right about sponsoring me so, I had to not go. It broke my heart. I was SO READY to do this BUT, maybe God just had other plans??? My sister wanted me to come up to Indiana and she was going to sponsor me but, never could get time off to do it. I PRAY I WILL be able to do this one day. God WILL BLESS you for investing your time and efforts in him, Michael. You keep lookin up. God hears your prayer.

Awesome that your doing a walk with Emmaus. I heard they had to shut down some parts of their ministry this year. I know I'm a little late on reading this blog, but I pray that those who are struggling will find truth in what you had to say and will step forward in their walk with Christ and be bold and stand firm against the schemes of the devil. I pray that it was a success and will touch many people for Christ. I pray for you Michael becuase you have such a loving heart, you'r such a good and Godly man. You know I look up to you. Keep up the good work dan Don't believe everything you think, God is not a cookie cutter God! Laughing at yourself is better then laughing at someone else.
