###***Litigate***### If a brother or sister is suing another brother or sister... meet with them. Tell them that it is not biblical to sue them. My step brother packed overnight all he could and downloaded all the list with pricing and programs from my business and has not been heard from since... He put a big dent in my wallet and clientele... however, I decided that I would forgive him and ask the Lord to forgive me for any offense I had committed to him. And left it at that!!! Yes I could continue to complain about the 100,000's of dollars and equipment that had to be replaced... however I choose to remember, that he used the talent that I taught and shared with him... and he taught others... and they are teaching others... and so on. There is always a positive we can find if we look really hard. Most of us can share story's of divorce and the litigation there of... I truly can... and I learned to walk away from anything material and if it is Gods will for our stewardship of these materials... He will see us to receive it. I testify that in three years God is capable of turning 50k of bad debt to 250k of clear cash. My secret??? To do what the Lord puts before me... even when it seems like you cant do it or wont have the time... pursue it as God would... He will only give you what you can take care of... so take care of what He gives you!!! God has a good plan for everyone of us!!! He wants you to live in His will and live in abundance and favor. So yoke up my friends!!! However, no matter how tempting the scenario... do not sue someone to try and get ahead materially or financially... God gives His promises all throughout His word to care for you!!! Let God... not your own needs and wants!!! God will care for all His !!! 1 Cor. 6 : 1-11 ![]() Let the shine!!! michael |

Well I am reaching that crossroads myself and I am getting nervous about it. The workman's comp adjuster keeps asking who my lawyer is and said "Dear, you really need a lawyer". Now if the adjuster is saying I need one, I am thinking, "What am I to do?" I started thinking if I get a lawyer, they are just trying to stop everything and I am still being paid workman's comp checks and still getting everything I need easily. Do I get a lawyer before the 2 years are up? Are they waiting unti the 2 year's are up before they cut me off totally and then I'm stuck with nothing, no checks, no dr care, no lifetime of vision correction or hearing aides??? What am I going to do? I just don't know. I have until March to decide. I have contacted a lawyer who said they will make sure that I have everything set for life. They started a file and have agreed to wait because of my wishes. They agreed with me to not "anger" them with a lawyer. They have seen that once a lawyer is in play, they cut off all benefits. So, now I am uncertain what to do. I have put all my trust in God and so far I am being taken care of, slowly, ridiculously slow. But are they stalling to not cost them money until the 2 year limit which is April? I am being patient. Everything is working out so far. But what if at the 2 year mark they stop everything and I hadn't hired a lawyer to file in time. I'm nervous. Because I thought it was 2 years after they stopped treatment, but now I think it's 2 years since they discovered the problem. I'm too tired to fight on my own or left with nothing. So my beliefs of not suing could cause me problems for the rest of my lifes. What would you do? * Sin is sin. Great teaching post, Michael!Good stewardship......so very important. It's very sad to see a lot of greedy Christians in the world who are not afraid of litigation, whilst sprouting humility and grace out of their lips ![]()

Ok, everyone here, I really need advice. Has anyone been in this situation. No, Penelope, I am not greedy, I am just trying to be taken care of in a situation which was totally NOT my fault and now may not be able to go back and to what I love. They are not letting me back. I am too young to be stuck like this and I need advice from anyone who has been here. It is because I am a Christian that I am struggling with this. I need advice and Council. Michael - anyone - HELP??? I am really struggling with this. * Sin is sin. Careful what comes across your lips & out your finger tips!!! * We are all the Body of Christ. Ginnie, I believe what you are going though, is totally different, then what Michael is talking about. I am not sure what has happened to you, yet you have also kids, that you are responsible for. So if that is what needs to be done, and you have been advised to do it, so my opinion is go for it. You are not suing because you are greedy and want to see someone hurt because you are hurting. I believe that the person or people who are at fault for what has happen to you have to take responsibility and reap the consequences. God bless you sis. As for what you are talking about Michael, I agree. We need to be able to let go and let God. After my car accident workers comp payed all the bills for my teeth, hospital and doctors bills. I was told to get a lawyer and sui the guy, but I was moving to California, and it would mean I would have to fly back for the lawsuit to Canada. I figured, I was alive and healthy, my car was replaced to an even better one and I did not need this stress, so God has really taken care of me, I came with quite a bit of debt, school-loans, back to Germany and my mom paid it all of, because I was helping her and could not get a job right a way. God is amazing. I am getting in contact with the people who wanted to help me then and could not or would not or closed the door before me. Now I am working with them and they are trilled to have me working there. I met today with the daycare director and the elementary school principle, he is a Christian, we had a great talk, for an half an hour. They are both happy to be in contact with me and to send the kids and families to me for counseling, and both said if I need something, I should just ask ![]() They had a meeting yesterday with all the leaders from that area, the social-workers, the principle and director, the pastors from the churches etc. and the guy who is renting the office to me had told them about me, so they are all exited, that I will be on their team. God is incredible ![]() I am painting tomorrow my office in a soft apricot color, it is going to look great ![]() What God does in our lives during the waiting period is just as important as what we are waiting for.
