This Cannot Be Good, Can It ? ? ? WASHINGTON - The Bush administration intends to slash counterterrorism funding for police, firefighters and rescue departments across the country by more than half next year, according to budget documents obtained by The Associated Press. The Homeland Security Department has given $23 billion to states and local communities to fight terrorism since the Sept. 11 attacks, but one document says the administration is not convinced that the money has been well spent and thinks the nation's highest-risk cities have largely satisfied their security needs. I guess when we see these types of reports, we need to consider the big picture. It may be alarming, however we all know how complicated the revenue parceling is in washington. I am sure the appropriate funding will be in place regardless of initial budget proposals. -T Born Again Christians only need to chew, It's those left behind that have to swallow it.

i think you should consider the scource of the media. It is like the bad law that was being proposed regarding medical and saying Bush was voting against the Children when he vetoed it. I totally trust President Bush. No questions asked. Why? Because when I research something that the liberal socialistic media portrays, it is always a spin job. Misrepresentations. President Bush knows what he is doing. Lowering taxes has lead to 23 straight quarters of economic growth. The national unemployment has been around 4.7 to even 4.5% The stock market was at 7000 when he took over, and a best of 10000 when Clinton was in office. Unemployment was at 6.3% when he took over. Clintons best was 5.7% The stock Market set records at 14000 and up under Bush. 3000 points higher than at any time in history. The nah sayers have predicted doom for the economy for the last 5 years, and yet it still is growing! Has not went backwards at all. If he is cutting, there are reasons. They probably are using money wrong and he is not letting them get away with it. He recently has vetoed bill because the people are adding pork and in some cases 10 billion dollars over the budget allowed for this stuff. Good for him! He is a top 3 president all time. Do you know how many spies were in the whole mideast when Clinton left office? 3. You need to read the book Sabatoge by Rowan Scarborough. It will shock you, it will amaze you. It is not a conspiracy book. It will however open your eyes to what is really trying to take down the USA internally. Educate yourself. Once you do, you will see where many things are not as they seem.

They are baiting the public for a democratic platform. I am not against Bush in any way. The LORD even stopped me in my tracks one day to pray right then and there for the President. I prayed protection, and then I prayed in tongues. A few hours later they announced the security had prevented bomb material that had gotten through to the White House lawn. ( I have it recorded in one of my journals ) I have also done a blog post regarding President Bush, and I have written him a letter.
