Beloved Isaiah,

We should always help Israel, God's chosen ones.

The scripture is from Deuteronomy, and I believe
it was Israel that the LORD was speaking with at
the time. I believe this covers all who are His.
The latter rains have been promised to come and
His delights in giving good things to His chilren.
