...Daniel Dan 9:2 In the first year of his reign I Daniel understood by books the number of the years, whereof the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem. NOTE: This year is the 60th anniversary of Israel. Is there another 10 years for the seventy? This next scripture is tied to Daniel 9v2: Jer 25:11 And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years. STRONG's concordance: H894 בּבל bâbel baw-bel' From H1101; confusion; Babel (that is, Babylon), including Babylonia and the Babylonian empire: - Babel, Babylon. Jer 25:12 And it shall come to pass, when seventy years are accomplished, that I will punish, the king of Babylon, and that nation, saith the LORD, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans, and will make it perpetual desolations. Jer 29:10 For thus saith the LORD, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return, to this place. Rev 14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink, of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. Rev 17:5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. Rev 18:2 And he cried mightily, with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. Strong's concordance for unclean G169 ἀκάθαρτος akathartos ak-ath'-ar-tos From G1 (as a negative particle) and a presumed derivative of G2508 (meaning cleansed); impure (ceremonially, morally (lewd) or specifically (demonic)): - foul, unclean. Rev 18:10 Standing afar off, for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come. Rev 18:21 And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all. 1 Thessalonians 5:3 - While people are saying, "Peace and safety," destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape. Beloved Rhonda, AMEN For sure I am staying ready and prepared. This is just some scripture I came across after praying for the Lord to lead me in His paths of Righteousness! The peace contract has to come to the front first before it can be broken! Today President Bush is in Jerusalem to help with the negotiation of this Peace contract. Prophecy is being put into action! Excellent post, you saved me the trouble of posting it myself Beloved T, This is one I put together. I was going another way with it and the LORD showed me the leading scripture which changed things a bit. I'll try to let you get some more good ones in before me...
