..."Touch Not Mine Anointed"..... Joseph, of Jacob, was removed from his Beloved Father, and his mother and brothers, and taken captive to a strange land. A place seething with pagan worship. He was the only soul who believed as he did, that the LORD God was One God. He carried with him no idols, no written word, no one to fellowship with him in an encouraging fashion. Although, he may have felt abandoned in this foreign land, he held to his belief and the belief that his father, Jacob had taught him. This was not some overnight excursion that would end soon. He was there for years and years without going to synagogue or church. Can one man, an outcast in a land of non-believers hold true to his faith, even in insurmountable circumstances. The following scripture has spoken loud to me for many years. Psalms 105:1 - O give thanks unto the LORD; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people. Psalms 105:2 - Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works. Psalms 105:3 - Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD. Psalms 105:4 - Seek the LORD, and his strength: seek his face evermore. Psalms 105:5 - Remember his marvellous works that he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth; Psalms 105:6 - O ye seed of Abraham his servant, ye of Jacob his chosen. Psalms 105: 7 - He is the LORD our God: his judgments are in all the earth. Psalms 105:8 - He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations. Psalms 105:9 - Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac; Psalms 105:10 - And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant: Psalms 105:11 - Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance: Psalms 105:12 - When they were but a few men in number; yea, very few, and strangers in it. Psalms 105:13 - When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people; Psalms 105:14 - He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes; Psalms 105:15 - Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm. Psalms 105:16 - Moreover he called for a famine upon the land: he brake the whole staff of bread. Psalms 105:17 - He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant: Psalms 105:18 - Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in iron: Psalms 105:19 - Until the time that his word came: the word of the LORD tried him. Psalms 105:20 - The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the people, and let him go free. Psalms 105:21 - He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance: Psalms 105:22 - To bind his princes at his pleasure; and teach his senators wisdom. not sure why you are saying touch not my annopinted..only reason I ask is many people misuse an old testament scripture to do anything and say God said not to touch them. all believers are annointed today.

Beloved Dennis, My foreward commentary covers the answer to your question. Joseph was among a whole nation of unbelievers. The scripture I quoted says those very words. Nothing I said was misusing or misquoting the Lord or the scripture. May be you missed something in reading what I said.
