Update

Well, it has been two weeks since my position at work was eliminated. God continues to provide, praise Him! I have a few job prospects...not opportunities yet. God will open the right door at the right time.

I've been enjoying the extra time with the boys. I could get use to this slower life style! If God doesn't open a door soon, I will have to change my name from busykydad to willworkforfoodkydad.

Just wanted to check in and let those concerned know we are surviving and trusting God to provide. Appreciate your continued prayers!

Thanks for the update, Jim. He knows what we need right when we need it. Praise God, He provides for us. I will continue praying.

God's blessings always,
Karen

Karen, thanks for your continued prayers. Going to be in your neck of the woods the weekend after Christmas visiting my brother and some of my former wife's family...how cold is it?
Hi Jim, It's been running right around the mid to high teens to mid 20s. We got about 10" of snow here waiting for you though. Have a great time with your brother. Have a wonderful Christmas and a Blessed New Year.

God's blessings always,
Karen

Hey Uncle, how was the goose the other day? I not only enjoy what I have, but am blessed with what I have. Contentment is being happy with what you have...
Amen!!!

Jim - You ARE a child of the King - most certainly!! He will continue to bless you in all things.

It's 37 here today, warmer than Indiana!

When are you leaving? Are you bringing the $8,000 pie??

I linked that Blog post in a response in someone else's Blog as they were listing recipe's and I said that was my all time favorite post on BC, pretty much ever!!

Are you good in the kitchen?? or pretty much wing it??

I missed your fuzzy face on here but so glad you are truly enjoying those very handsome boys!!

Be well this holiday season. I came back on to post my Christmas Blog Post. I took a break to have some quiet time for the past couple weeks, I was praying for something profound to write when I came across this website where this was a blog post there. I liked it so it's there. If you go to my Blog you will see it.

Hurry before they take the Baby Jesus picture off, I think that is what delayed it from the front page. But go inside and see it that way!!

Stay in touch, you know how!

Enjoy the family and just know that your situation is in my daily prayers and I lift your name up to the Lord in prayer as well as your family!!

((((((((HUGS))))))))

Peace and love for a beautiful Blessed season.
Ginny
