i am beginning to feel like a dolphin at Sea World....jumping thru too many hoops!! wow...work is really beginning to get on my last nerve... they change their minds more than a fickel woman. it is really beginning to get circus like. even the supervisors are like....ummmm...i know i told you something earlier today....but ....ummm.they changed their minds. that ,to me is a clear cut sign that a company isnt going any where. when you are constanly changing your mind,you are basically going in circles. even the bible says that a double minded man is unstable in all his ways. instead of spending hundreds of millions of dollars fixing sh*ty equipment how about only spending millions to build it right to begin with????????? even a five year old has more sence than that!!! please pray for me,i can tell this is not the company for me. maybe i can find a company in this same feild that takes just a little pride(not the sinful kind) in what they build,and in what they sell.  blessings...really ,please keep me in your prayers!  maybe this is my chance to finally move to the valley,there are major networks over there that have 2 different big call centers,maybe it is finally time!

Ahhhhhh honey I'm sorry things aren't going well.  But before you make a hasty decision, pray and ask God what to do. You may be there for such as time as this. Wait on the Lord! Live like there's no tomorrow Laugh when you feel like crying Love like you've never been hurt

Wow Marcos, you were excited about your job, maybe you're having a bad day? You just got a raise, right? Hang in there!! God bless! they have made about 4 major changes in the last week. 2, right now, if not done, are firable offences. so,it puts alot of pressure on me just thinking about them. one is supervisor approval for all dispatches(so far this has not been as difficult as i first thought) second mandatory change is the use of a new software that (supposably makes us smarter techs) it really doesnt,it is basically a dead weight(that we have to use on every call or we get the axe) but also,this one is turning out to be easy to use,however useless it may be. a couple more changes are coming soon,that involve tv remotes, and cable box replacements(i am studying those new processes and righting every thing down to hopefully be well prepared when those become mandatory also. ) to me its alot of pressure,i dont like being pushed around by employers,it really upsets me.but so far it hasnt been as bad as i first thought.

Wait on the Lord! like my mom says....the economy is real bad,so try to put up with it for now. she wants me to stay here,she rather i work inside than as a surveyor, she is always afraid i will get injured or get heat stroke,or something like that!  its a nice job,but these folks make too many changes,too often. i can tell,i will not like this place as a permanent employer. in other words,this aint a place to establish a carreer at!

that is so true...thank you for sharing that i have lost sight of being a light to this present dark world. i truly need to get back to seeing things that way. thank you so much for your spiritual insight,blessings. truly, you broadsided me with that comment....but you are right....and that is the truth. we are truly the light of the world. that IS why God puts us were He puts us!
