was told my resume is too long with too many details............

well,i didnt get the sup job.

but the good news is they did acknowledge my interest in advancing,and are willing to coach me to get there!

so,for now i am going to edit my resume,and just focus on accomplishments instead of a bunch of details on the resume.

oh, and some how my cover letter got lost on line some where.

but the good news is there is already another supervisor position available.

oh well,i will keep on trying until i get it!!!

why you ask???

because my life is real borin,its either this or pick up a hobby!

dont really need the money,but if you think about it,there is always something you can buy,right??

with the money in hand,i will probably like "oh,i like this shiny object,and oh i want that little gadget"

 Hi Marcos, I used to help write/edit resumes at a job several years' back. Would you consider going to a professional resume writer to get it done? Might be well worth it!

my supervisor was telling me about some web sites that specialize in that.

for now i just tailored my resume to this exact position.

my sup wants me to take him a copy of the old and the new resume so he can critique the new one.

all in good time,if it takes as long as it take,i will know it was God using the time to prepare me.

we will see,this supervisor took one of my calls,it looked really tuff.(thats one of the jobs of a supervisor,,,to take calls when a customer wants to speak to a supervisor,it seems easy,but sometimes the customer can be real dificult to deal with)

after seeing how much he strugled on that call,i was like,....um...i can wait a little longer if need be!
