Dessert.. Here it is, I made half quantity, it has a bit of Kahlua liquer sprinkled on the sponge fingers, with the cherry juice, it really is a simple, but fiddly dessert, melting choc, whipping cream, making the choc shards, only four ingredients, but it is worth it!

hmm interesting concept, but nothing beats the real thing! Today I made port wine jelly and put canned plums in it.. I'm experimenting with a trifle recipe, thinking maybe marscapone, cream and custard, grated dark choc and toasted almonds, not sure yet! It's going to be hot here for new yr, have a good one, GBU ..
