Dessert..

Here it is, I made half quantity, it has a bit of Kahlua liquer sprinkled on the sponge fingers, with the cherry juice, it really is a simple, but fiddly dessert, melting choc, whipping cream, making the choc shards, only four ingredients, but it is worth it!

Uhhhhhhhhhhh..

That is so not nice of you to show that delicious looking cake

If only my monitor allowed scratch and taste. There'd be a lot of scratch marks on my screen

I did show it, you just cant see it, you will have to upgrade your comp! It was delicious, hope you had a wonderful Christmas!
