Scammer...

I banned someone from my blog because I discerned something not quite right, ( NO, not paranoia) BUT they are still able to come and leave their name, sus or what!!! I went and checked and did the ban again, but they are still there, now how could that be? And no, I dont mean my sister, I mean JClives whoever they are ...

 Has this person been able to write on your blog since you banned them???
If not, then I guess the ban has worked.
But looking on your front page for your blog that JClives777 has made their profile not viewable anyway, so scammer??? only if they are causing problems.
I think, that if they are not causing you any problems, then don't give them any more time or energy.

 Yes that person comes onto my posts but does not comment, they seem to come and then turn off their profile, you can tell as their name is just black writing

This is a scammer, they dont post and they are not at all able to be accessed, if they are above board why the secrecy? The reason I'm questioning it, is even tho I banned them, something is wrong, because the ban hasnt worked, so there is DEFINITELY something wrong, how are they able to show up as a visitor if they've been banned?

We learn more about them, by who they visit clay. Everyday the black writing appears at the top of my visitor list even after banning, if you ban it works, but not this time, I'm wondering why the ban isnt working, who are they and what and how much can they access our info? Something seems to be getting over ridden ... GBU ..

 I maybe not understanding your post, but it sounds like the ban worked. The ban will not allow them to post on your stuff, but they can read all of everything.

I have gone to some posts, only 2 or so, and it says only friends of so and so can read this post ... thanks for visiting
